The location is an ideal starting point in the summer for walking, hiking, biking, golf, mini golf and swimming (about 10 minutes walk to the swimming lake). Bikers get their money's worth on countless mountain and road bike routes. 230 km of ski slopes and three gondolas in close proximity. The ski bus stop is a few minutes' walk.

Welcome! We are the Waltl family and our house was built in 2018. On the ground floor we rent two cozy double rooms with mountain views. The ski lift is 800 m away from us, and the cross-country skiing track is right next to the house (50 m). Our house is an ideal starting point for mountain excursions, cycling, skiing or leisurely walks in the fresh air. Enjoy our cozy room (19m2) with a wonderful view of the mountains of the Kitzbühel Alps.

We also offer a pull-out couch as a crib in this room, the cost is € 35,-
