The place was very nice! It was located in a gated community which was quiet and peaceful. The instructions to get into both the community and the house were very clear. All of the homes in the neighborhood were beautiful and well kept. The house exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay there again. Taylor-Made was also very responsive with any questions we had before our stay and everything was easy to find in the house. Thank you for a great weekend!

Beautiful place! Went on a girls trip and it fit exactly what we needed, cozy, nice views and relaxing. Only things I feel the need to make people aware of are that the hot tub is off the side of the house and you have to walk over gravel to get to it so bring flip flops, and that there are a TON of bugs in the house, we had ladybugs and stink bugs all over, fine for us but if it’s not something you can handle then bring traps. Overall amazing trip!

Great place on the water! Great location, close enough to town for activities, far enough to be peaceful and private. Great amenities and plenty of space. The hot tub was a great place to unwind on a cool day with a great view.

Cabin and location is in a prime location right on the lake. My family went there on a weekend that was snowy, rainy, dreary. We could not do outdoor activities, so we drove to Walmart ordered food and had an amazing weekend in the cabin. Ample space, stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms, pool table, plethora of games, large dining room table where we had a ball! Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, made for great pictures. Paul is an incredible host. Responsive, honest, reliable. I highly rec this location and my family and I will return.

We had an awesome stay at Big Timber! We traveled with two families, including 5 kids - between the arcade, mini golf, fire pit and board games, our time passed so quickly and a great time was had! The place has a great authentic cabin feel, and it’s even better than the photos! Rick was easy to communicate with, and was always responsive. We will definitely try to return in the future!

The spacious layout provided plenty of room for everyone to relax, while the play options for the kids were an absolute delight—they had such a great time! Every detail was clearly curated with care and attention, creating an environment that felt inviting and luxurious at the same time. Great retreat from DC. It was a completely unique experience in the woods with outdoor showers, fire pits and trails - but without being forced to camp. You don’t have to spare any amenities with a comfy bed, very clean house, real bathroom and super nice towels. As a city girl I loved it - and my Eagle Scout boyfriend did not feel robbed from nature (although he called it a hotel). My bulldog Tony didn’t know what to do with all the grass and trees. A true treat. We’ll be back!

Dan was absolutely wonderful, they were so friendly and kind and always made sure we were okay and had supplies, I can’t say enough about these wonderful people and will 12/10 recommendation this place to everyone I know!

This is our second year staying here, and everything was perfect as always. Dan was very quick and helpful to respond to any questions that I had prior to our arrival. And, the maintenance staff was very helpful and friendly for our needs during our stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We loved this tiny home. It was perfect for our family of 4 plus 2 dogs. It’s a 5 min drive to wisp ski resort so makes quick trips back and forth very easy. This little cabin is tucked up a private road into the woods and we love the charm that the owners and crew who work on the property have instilled into the houses with the use of eco friendly and reused items. There’s a nice little trail at the back also where we walked with the dogs and even saw a quiet porcupine! We’d love to come back in the fall and next winter of course for more ski time. I just wanted to share my thoughts on the eco-friendly tiny cabin we stayed at in McHenry, Maryland. First off, it was super cozy and had all the comforts of home—perfect for relaxing. We loved the peaceful surroundings, and it was great to have a pet-friendly place where our furry friend could join us. If you’re considering a getaway, I highly recommend this spot for a tranquil retreat!

We celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary here and loved it! The trails around the cabin were perfect for us to walk in the morning with our dog. The cabin itself was very clean and comfortable. The location was really nice and relatively close to everything we wanted to do!

Great location just above the lake and close to everything you could want! A one of a kind lake vacation, and one we look forward to doing again.

A great place to stay at Deep Creek Lake. It has everything u need for a relaxing weekend. So many things to do and great places to eat. The chairs on front porch were great for relaxing. Definitely will be back.

Everything was phenomenal. Plenty of space to maneuver and have gatherings with loved ones.

The outdoor deck space and amenities at this property were great. Between a hot tub, pool table, foosball, and cornhole, there was plenty for everyone to do at the house. The interior was very well done and felt cozy.

The experience was seamless and relaxing. The response time was impeccable. Highly recommend. My family enjoyed every second. Only drawback, we were a party of 7, the house holds a small water heater. After a few showers and washing, the hot water was cold, then needing to wait until the tank filled for hot water. This wasn’t even close to a deal breaker. We will be back many times over.

The house had so much to do which was fantastic for our kids. They were happy to spend the whole day being entertained by the arcade, pool, and other amenities. Thanks!

Had a great stay at this beautiful house in Deep Creek Lake! House was very large with plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Game room was a big hit with the kids. Jacuzzi was well maintained. House is located directly across from Wisp Resort, you can see the ski slopes from the house. Lots to do in the area, wish we had more time! Highly recommend!

Great host, the house is beautiful inside and out. All guest enjoyed themselves and are already plans to go back in a few months.
