Holiday rentals with a fire pit in McKinleyville

Had a wonderful time , didn't spend much time in the location due to my daughter graduating. But the presuer of the shower amazing love love it.

Seth’s place was in a beautiful location convenient to Redwood national park and some of the best restaurants in the area. The house was squeaky clean with beautiful ocean views. We enjoyed our stay there very much and hope to stay there again.

Had a great stay here - the place was really nice and clean and Erik was super responsive and helpful, even providing a list of recommendations for what to do and places to visit in the area. Highly recommend!

Absolutely lovely stay amongst the beautiful redwoods! House has everything one can need for an extended vacation. Extremely comfortable home in a safe neighborhood close to everything. Amber is an excellent host who is available for any concerns.

Amazing location and fantastic house. We were there for a family celebration and not only did we rent the main house, but we also rented the other 3 listings on the property. There was plenty of space for us to enjoy each other's company. We were able to play games on the lawn and cook breakfast for all in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend.

Drove in from Idaho for a college graduation at Humbolt. We needed a place for 3 couples. This place worked out perfectly. Eric and Heather were super nice and the communication was great. The place was so nice, kids loves all the space and playing outside with all of the acreage. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time and felt right at home. There were many amenities that made our stay comfortable. local coffee and a bottle of wine were such a nice touch! would recommend!

Wow! I can’t believe what a wonderful oasis Katie’s place is! Even more impressive, spacious, and inviting than the photos. The back patio and fire table is a gem, the beds are perfect, and the entire home is spotless. We were greeted and given an intro to the home, and welcomed with homemade scones, great cheese, fruit, cream, and even beverages in the fridge! This place is such a good location and value, and Katie and her husband make it that much better.

We wanted something in walking distance to the Arcata square and Cal Poly. Try the restaurant Salt in the square and Cafe Brio! Yum 😋

Daniela was such an incredible host. She found that we had left a few items behind by mistake and was so conscientious to message me so we could meet up and she brought them to us! She was absolutely lovely communicating with us, incredible to meet her in person, and we are so happy and look forward to staying there again. Our daughter was previewing Cal Poly Humboldt and I hope she attends beginning this fall, so we can return! The unit was so peaceful and it felt as though you had the forest to yourself just off your patio. 4 young doe greeted us in the morning. It was incredible!

Excellent location and great value, thoughtful and professional hosts, really enjoyed and appreciated staying here. Highly recommend to any business or vacationing travelers with a canine companion!

This place is so beautiful and it has anything you need also there are two stores across the street, you can walk to downtown it takes like five minutes. I recommend this place, it's worth what you pay for.

Carl is a fantastic host. His cabin is cozy, comfortable, and has everything you need as a home base for exploring the beautiful North Coast. The cabin is surrounded by redwood trees and is very private. We'll be back again for sure!

Plenty of things to do in Eureka. I initially was worried about that. the cabin was secluded and very peaceful, and GPS took us right to the door. Owner was responsive and proactive with communication. Would definitely go again!

Loved this little cabin. Very clean and organized. The tea and coffee gave it that extra caring touch we needed from a long road trip. The area is so peaceful and very family friendly. Will definitely be visiting and staying here again.

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable & nicely furnished. The yard, hot tub, upstairs & downstairs deck/patio areas were wonderful. I loved seeing a variety of wildlife. I also liked the privacy aspect, being at the end of a long, separate driveway in a quiet area. A very peaceful & pleasant stay, with a cute little park nearby. I appreciated the host's clear instructions regarding location & check out. I will absolutely be back. Thanks so much for your hospitality and the lovely visit.

My family and I absolutely LOVED our stay in one of the adorable cabins on-site. It served as the perfect launching point for us to explore the nearby Redwoods during the daytime and then relax at our home away from home in the evenings. The cabin was equipped with all the essentials we needed to take quick warm showers, enjoy home-cooked meals, and relax with a family movie after dips in the community hot tub. We also liked exploring the property grounds and appreciated the little store for odds and ends too. We would absolutely recommend this stop for anyone looking for a peaceful oasis near the ocean and the Redwoods. Also, bonus, we got to see and hear sea lions sun bathing on the rocks just across from the property on our drive in. PERFECT welcome! We hope to visit again sometime soon!

Overall a very enjoyable stay! Very easy to find and a beautiful location. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. Plenty of linens, blankets, and soap were available for you to use. There was also a hot tub on site which was well kept and clean. Would definitely stay again!

This cabin was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. We wanted somewhere peaceful, beautiful, and away from town. It was just that! We explored from local brewery pubs, watched out friends get married at Moonstone beach. This place was perfect for what we wanted!

I had a wonderful stay in the River Otter Suite. It was the cutest place, and had everything I needed including a fully appointed kitchen. It was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great location for me - right across from Sue Meg State Park and about 30 minutes south of Prairie Creek State Park. Marke was a great host - very helpful and responded promptly to my texts. I hope to be back soon!
