We had a great stay! They were always quick to respond, gave us a lot of great recommendations for the area, and even provided us things like a SIM card and water, etc! It was right in front of a lovely cafe and delicious restaurant and the place itself is not too far from the lake and other really great must-see places like the Thang Long Water Puppet Show ! Would definitely stay again!!

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. I have traveled to almost 17 different countries and this is the best value for money deal that I've ever found in my life and such an amazing place such a beautiful place right in front of the lake surrounded with greenery amazing garden amazing place super clean everything was amazing but if you're scared of lizards there were a few because of the garden iotherwise the place was super amazing I don't know if I could be able to find a better place for such price in my life. And the host was super responsive, very cooperative. She let us check in three hours early, and everything was amazing.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

Lovely stay here at Veque! Apartment was clean and matched the description. Lan, our host did a phenomenal job at easing us into our accommodation. She was always prompt in her replies and would go above and beyond in ensuring our stay was comfortable and our needs/requests were met. She also allowed us to store our luggage in the building after check out as well. Exceptionally pleasant place to stay, would recommend!

We had recently been to this place. Trang and Linh both we responding promptly to my queries. They helped a lot. Location of the property is very easy to find and very easily accessible. It is very near to the famous Train Street. Thank you Trang and Linh and keep up the good work.

Ohh, where do I even begin? Runa’s place is an absolute little gem! Tucked away above a charming café, it’s the coziest, cutest space I’ve stayed in, every corner is thoughtfully decorated with such lovely detail. And Runa herself? Just the sweetest! She was always so responsive and incredibly helpful, giving me amazing tips to explore local markets and hidden cafés. The place has everything you could possibly need, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. Totally in love with this stay, thank you, Runa! 💛 it.

Beautiful place, quiet area

We lived for 1 month and 3 weeks in Son's apartment. The condominium is ideal for those who want to relax, have a quiet routine and still be able to enjoy a bustling city full of life like Hanoi. The apartment is perfectly equipped with everything you need to cook, work remotely and rest. The thermal pool is excellent, the supermarkets are good and the free bus is a great differential. Son is an extremely attentive, polite and available host. He takes care of every detail so you feel like home! There were many toiletries and cleaners, cell phone charger next to the bed, robot to clean the house, dishwasher and a great washer. We feel very welcome and recommend this Airbnb 100%. It was a pleasure to be here!

Nice place to stay!

It was clean and close enough to walk to Miding with lots of Korean restaurants. It was quiet, so it was very easy to stay. I will use it again next time I visit Hanoi.

Superb location. Close to most of the place we wanted to visit and we were able to return to the apartment during the day to drop off stuff and rest during the hot summer days. Loan is also a proactive communicator. He gave very clear instructions and was super responsive. Lastly, the apartment itself is just so elegant, making me not want to leave. It’s a dream house to me. Highly recommend to everyone visiting Hanoi!

Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment beside West Lake in Hanoi. The view from the balcony was stunning—peaceful lake by day, sparkling cityscape by night.
