Der Bauwagen steht im hinteren Bereich unseres Wohngrundstücks, freier Zugang zur Wiese. Geheizt werden kann mit dem Holzofen oder per elektrischen Heizung. Es gibt viel Ruhe und Natur. 5 Minuten fußläufig zum See. Aussenküche mit Strom/Wasser auf dem Grundstück, WC und Waschmöglichkeit ebenfalls. Seehaus Rödd

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.

An individually furnished apartment awaits you. It offers a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a kitchenette, bedroom with an additional sofa bed and a bathroom. The terrace invites you to sunbathe and have a cozy get-together. The Teterower See with its large nature reserve and the small "Runde See" can be reached in 5 minutes by foot. The Baltic Sea is 45 minutes away, Waren an der Müritz is 35 minutes away by car.

Active recreational vacation on, in, on or around the Ucker Lakes. By bike, pedal boat, canoe, sailboat, surfboard or passenger ship.
