Der Bauwagen liegt gegenüber einer 100 Jahre alten Scheune die ich zu einem Atelier umgebaut habe. Der Bauwagen ist 17 m² groß mit Wohnküche, Doppelbett in einem Raum. Die Küche ist mit einem Induktionsherd, Wasserkocher, einem kleinen Kühlschrank und einer Spüle (Wassercontainer) ausgestattet. Sie finden alles an Koch- und Essgeschirr, was Sie benötigen. Der Holzofen schafft im Bedarfsfall schnell behagliche Wärme. Die Gäste - Dusche & Toilette befinden sich in der Scheune.

There are two cozy houses (6 and 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together from families or friends. The property is quietly located on the edge of a small village. Surrounded by dense forests and min. 7 lakes nearby. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace, a wooden sauna with swallow bucket and stunning views over the Erlenwald.

In Schweinrich on the motorboat-free Dranser See lies the romantic holiday home "Landlust" with an idyllic large garden, only 100 meters from the bathing area. There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is well suited for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadow directly on the lake.
