There is a construction trailer in our orchard! A place for people who want to get away from everyday life for a moment. If you like, you can meet animals, watch them or simply be part of this place. Children are also welcome here. You can discover nature, get to know animals and experience where eggs come from. Our municipality is a "quiet area" according to § 47d of the Federal Immission Control Act, i.e. there is no traffic, industrial, commercial or leisure noise. It's really quiet here!

ELLA construction trailer in the Mecklenburg Lake District

Since Easter 2018, we have been welcoming guests to our farm who share our love of construction trailers. In May 2020, we expanded with this second property. Vacationers appreciate the coziness and amenities of the construction trailers, the tranquility and idyll in the countryside and the excursion destinations in the Mecklenburg Lake District. Paula Rath was built as a farmhouse for the Dammerstorfer estate and was sold in 1942 to the aircraft manufacturer Ernst Heinkel as a hunting lodge. I belong to the Waldschenke Stendenitz, an artistic excursion restaurant with really delicious food. For nature lovers, forest walkers, lake bathers, sun loungers and fresh air relaxers, I am just the right one. I am pretty and modernly furnished and have everything you could ever need.

The construction trailer is opposite a 100-year-old barn that I converted into a studio. The construction trailer is 17 m² with kitchen-living room, double bed in one room. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, kettle, small fridge and sink (water container). You will find everything you need in terms of kitchenware, dishes, and spices. The wood-burning stove quickly creates cozy warmth if needed. Guests - shower & toilet are located in the barn.

Camping on the pony farm

Small cozy caravan site with 4 parking spaces directly on a horse paddock on the pony farm. Forest and water close by, here you can relax, watch the horses grazing or simply listen to the birdsong. Dogs and horses are welcome to bring along. On the farm there is a gym, which is accessible free of charge for guests. There is also a sanitary container and a barrel sauna. Bed linen/pillows/blankets are available for an extra charge of €10 per person.

The "Abhanger" (about 20 m2) is on our small Yard behind the barn, on a meadow under trees. A nice bathroom is just a few steps away. Depending on the situation, you will be greeted by Oskar the rooster, Leon, our friendly but energetic Briard, or Gismo the tomcat; chickens usually roam freely on the property. On the adjacent pasture, donkeys and goats graze. Here, everyone can get lost in peace, just being here in this place.
