This peaceful accommodation is 10 minutes from Haras du Pin, 3 km from Surdon SNCF train station, 5 km from the A28. Ground floor apartment 2 km from the village with grocery store, bakery, tobacco press, butcher, restaurant, hairdresser. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed. Sheets available living room with double sofa bed, possibility of adding a 3rd folding bed for 1 person on request with extra charge of €10 per night, TV, living room opens onto a new fitted and equipped kitchen.

The place has wifi and a TV. The bed in the bedroom is 160 cm by 200 cm and the second bed is located in the living room, a 140 cm sofa bed. Guests can enjoy a small garden with south-facing terrace.
