The 109 sqm of living space are distributed over two bedrooms, a separate TV room, the spacious living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen, hallway, bathroom on the first floor with large sauna and the second bathroom on the upper floor. Two storage rooms offer enough space for bicycles, skis and everything that is bulky. One of the highlights: The large roof terrace with lake view!

Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/biking trails start right by the house. There is a great covered barbecue with fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A ping-pong table, a foosball table and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The vacation home is about 90 square meters and can accommodate 2-6 people, spread over 3 bedrooms. On the first floor is the modern furnished living-dining room with open kitchen, a pellet fireplace, a bedroom and the shower room. The kitchen offers all amenities with a dishwasher, oven, coffee maker and toaster. On the upper floor, there is a large bedroom with panoramic windows and an extra sofa bed. Het huis staat in het dorpje Medebach in Hochsauerland en dateert uit 1794 en heeft veel historische atmosfeer en sfeervolle details, is met zorg ingericht en heeft een grote tuin. De omgeving is een prachtig natuurgebied met tal van wandelroutes. In de winter zijn er plenty skipistes in de omgeving. Winterberg en Willingen liggen op 15 a 20 km afstand. In de omgeving zijn drie meren waaronder het grote meer " Edersee" waar allerlei watersportactiviteiten zijn.
