Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. The large, bright 3.5 room apartment (85 m²) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a vacation apartment starting in summer 2021. The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished apartment offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama. In the immediate vicinity are shops, restaurants, train station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways).

My place is in the middle of the village, surrounded by mountains that invite you to ski and hike. From the bedroom, you can see the ski slope. The cross-country ski trail is 50 meters from the apartment. The children's ski lift in Valtgeva is also within walking distance. The wellness and adventure pool is a 5-minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity there are various shops, bakeries, butchers, sports shops, etc. The apartment is great for families and couples.

The Hexenhüsli is a simple mountain hut at 1600 m above sea level above the mountain farming village of Curaglia Mutschnengia, ideal for nature lovers, but not far from any civilization. Accessible by car (for a fee). Equipped with one bedroom and a cozy eat-in kitchen with wood heating. Please keep in mind that the stay offers a wonderfully relaxed but very simple vacation, pure nature. For bookings of 5 nights or more, we invite you to breakfast on Sunday

With around 245 m² of indoor space, a garden, grill area, sauna and hot tub, it offers everything needed for a relaxing and convivial stay. The valley is perfect for hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, climbing, cycling, and discovering mountain huts, rivers, alpine lakes and local farms.

The house was newly built. The apartment is furnished in Alpine style. Various details are made with old wood, which makes the apartment unique and homely. The apartment has a very spacious entrance area, where electric grill and deck chairs are available for a cozy stay. The bedroom has a box-spring bed and wardrobe. The bathroom/toilet has a shower and sink with generous storage space. The washing machine can be used free of charge.
