The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and one with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet, and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Linen and towels provided. Excellent stay!

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Family-friendly country home

Quiet, single-story family home located between Saujon and Royan (10 minutes from the beaches). Weekly rental in July and August. Flower garden at the front of the house and garden with lawn of about 400m2 in the back, all fenced. Small outdoor veranda, closed. Large equipped kitchen, opens to living/dining room. 2 bedrooms including one with a toilet. A bathroom (shower + bathtub) and another toilet, attached to a large living room. Shops in the market town.

Studio near Royan, 5 min from the sea.

5 minutes from Royan, close to the beaches and Saujon, perfect for a stay or for treatments at the Saujon thermal baths. Completely renovated and well-equipped studio, single-story with terrace and small patio. Suitable for 2 guests. On-site parking. Close to amenities (bakery, small supermarket, etc.), quiet area. Option for sheets at €10 and bathroom linen at €5 per person. The accommodation is adjoining my home but set back, thus preserving privacy.
