Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Quiet, single-story family home located between Saujon and Royan (10 minutes from the beaches). Weekly rental in July and August. Flower garden at the front of the house and garden with lawn of about 400m2 in the back, all fenced. Small outdoor veranda, closed. Large equipped kitchen, opens to living/dining room. 2 bedrooms including one with a toilet. A bathroom (shower + bathtub) and another toilet, attached to a large living room. Shops in the market town.
