The apartment consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine and filter coffee maker), 2 bedrooms (one with a 160-cm bed and one with a 140-cm bed), a bathroom, a toilet, and a storage room. Its terrace faces south. Linen and towels provided. Excellent stay!

Welcome to our 4-star Logis, 250 m2 and its 2 ha park, completely renovated. You will find a cozy, family, warm and soothing atmosphere. Swimming pool, petanque court, plancha and barbecue... are conducive to rest, relaxation and aperitifs with friends. We are located 10 min from the center of Royan, 7 from the beach of St Georges de Didonne, 15 from the coves of Meschers. The 10x5 pool, heated from May to Sept (weather permitting) is secured with an electric shutter.
