Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Medulin

We had a great week in Dragan's apartment. He warmly welcomed us and was always available and helpful throughout the entire time. The apartment and the entire property with pool are very well maintained and well equipped.

Top value for money, highly recommended! The apartment is modern and well equipped, the most necessary utensils are available and of course fresh bed linen, towels, bath towels and face towels. Shopping & beaches are very close, quiet yet centrally located! A smooth conversation, thank you Luana.

We have spent a great long weekend. Apartment is equipped with anything you need and more. Contact with landlord was perfect and we felt really taken care. we also got restaurants recommendations and places to visit.

Goran was a great host, super responsive and very helpful. His Dad was onsite to check us in and on other occasions to help with any questions or issues we had. The road next to the apartment is quite busy but other this was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Goran!

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

A lovely apartment in a quiet location close to the beach and restaurants of Fazana. Very private. Amazingly comfortable bed!

The place was really nice. Close to a beach with a beautiful Marina. I prefer being close to but outside the busy tourist area and Čedo’s place was perfect. There is a little grocery store nearby and a good restaurant that’s walkable. I rented an e-scooter and within 10 mins I got to the old town of Rovinj and so many other great restaurants, beaches and a little retail mall so everything was close enough to explore by e-scooter (or walk if you like walking). Čedo was super nice, accommodating and responsive during my entire stay. Unfortunately there was a problem with the internet/router while I was there but this was a problem with the service provider, not Čedo. He was right on top of fixing it and updated me regularly on it. The service provider had to send and install a new router. So this issue is likely resolved for future guests. I would definitely recommend Čedo’s place in Rovinj.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days without boredom. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would like to come back.

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

The accommodation is idyllic, enough to feel on a cloud during the stay, and it all starts with a warm and generous welcome from the host Barbara who waited for us despite the delay and the late hour of the flight. The house is in new condition as it is clean and tidy, it is beautiful, practical, well arranged and everything we could need. The jacuzzi, the pool, the outdoor barbecue, everything is very appreciable. Not to mention the equipment that brings a + such as kitchen accessories, games for children, teenagers, the washing machine, the ironing board. Everything is in the detail to satisfy us. The villa is easy to access and really secluded, in a peaceful setting in the middle of nature. Feel free to go for a walk and you may see a nice lady gardening, she will be happy to sell you fresh vegetables or eggs. We remember this stay as an unforgettable experience, our children were just as sad to leave the place.

It was even better than we expected! The olive grove is simply breathtaking. Starting the morning with a cup of coffee on the veranda is the best thing about vacation. The owner left us literally EVERYTHING we needed: from mosquito spray to washing powder. There was not a minute that we experienced discomfort or lack of something. Our dog was happy to guard such a large territory. The air conditioner was also a salvation for us at night. On the way out, we were given olive oil and it was just a wonderful end to the trip. Thank you so much for your accommodation and for the opportunity to come with a pet!

We had a great time in Lovro‘s apartment. The area has a lot to offer and you have a nice retreat to hide from crowded beaches and restaurants. Lovro gives great advices and offers amazing tours around the national park. We would love to come back and highly recommend families to visit!

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

We were very happy with the place. The rooms, the pool, etc. were as shown in the photo and description. Someone was always there or reachable if we had any questions.

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!

The apartment is small, clean and very nice and equipped with everything you need (shower, towels, kitchen, cutlery, pots...). The parking in front of the entrance is very convenient and once we parked the car we used the bikes provided with the apartment to get around (both to reach the center and to get to the furthest beaches without worrying about having to find parking). Although we arrived late in the evening, check-in was simple and communication with the host was also, I would gladly go back!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
