Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Medulin

Zoran is a very kind host, and has a lovely place to stay. Zoran was super helpful with any requests we had, and recommended some very good local restaurants. The apartment is 5 min walk from the park and beach, giving opportunity to both morning and evening swims. The park itself is huge, and well worth exploring with Zoran’s bikes.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Dragan‘s Wohnung. Er hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und war während der gesamten Zeit stets verfügbar und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung und das gesamte Grundstück mit Pool sind sehr gepflegt und gut ausgestattet.

Goran was a great host, super responsive and very helpful. His Dad was onsite to check us in and on other occasions to help with any questions or issues we had. The road next to the apartment is quite busy but other this was as described and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Goran!

A very lovely stay. We enjoyed the privacy of the location, which was a few kilometres outside of Rovinj, and the apartment was very clean and well appointed. The pool was perfect. This was a great place to come back to at the end of hot sunny days exploring this beautiful coastal area. Would definitely go back again .

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!

U Ivy jsme byli 10 dní… Ubytování bylo čisté a krásné přesně jak je popsáno a na fotkách. Je v blízkosti centra, pláže i potravin. Apartmán je v klidné ulici. Iva nás vřele přivítala a celá její rodina je moc milá… Určitě se rádi vrátíme…

The place was really nice. Close to a beach with a beautiful Marina. I prefer being close to but outside the busy tourist area and Čedo’s place was perfect. There is a little grocery store nearby and a good restaurant that’s walkable. I rented an e-scooter and within 10 mins I got to the old town of Rovinj and so many other great restaurants, beaches and a little retail mall so everything was close enough to explore by e-scooter (or walk if you like walking). Čedo was super nice, accommodating and responsive during my entire stay. Unfortunately there was a problem with the internet/router while I was there but this was a problem with the service provider, not Čedo. He was right on top of fixing it and updated me regularly on it. The service provider had to send and install a new router. So this issue is likely resolved for future guests. I would definitely recommend Čedo’s place in Rovinj.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. Das Haus ist einfach großartig. Genauso wie beschrieben, eher besser. Der beheizte Pool ermöglicht es, stundenlang im Wasser zu spielen. Kinder können dabei vom beschatteten Sitzplatz aus beaufsichtigt werden. Die vielen anderen Spielmöglichkeiten im und beim Haus erlauben es, ganze Tage ohne Langeweile darin zu verbringen. Die Klimaanlage hält das Haus angenehm kühl und kann individuell gesteuert werden. Die Ausstattung ist in einem Top Zustand. Ivan ist ein toller Gastgeber und antwortet in Rekordzeit. Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern dort und kommen gerne wieder.

Wir wurden von Tamaras Familie sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die gesamte Unterkunft war wunderschön eingerichtet und äußerst gepflegt und sauber! Vor allem die ruhige Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Man ist auch innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara für die schöne Zeit!

Ho trascorso il Capodanno con i miei amici nell’alloggio di Stefan e siamo rimasti molto colpiti per la bellezza della casa, nuova, pulita, funzionale, dotata di ogni comfort. Le camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno offrono la massima privacy ad ogni ospite mentre il salone open permette di godersi i momenti insieme agli altri ospiti nel relax e nella comodità più totale. Stefan è un host fantastico, sempre disponibile che ci ha messo nelle condizioni ottimali per sentirci a casa. Grazie!

Staying with Rozana was such a special experience. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel incredibly welcome - she's an amazing host. The house is tucked away in the countryside, which gave us so much peace and quiet, yet it's only a short walk into town. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the garden, which is beautifully maintained and felt like our own little sanctuary. Inside, everything is so tastefully done - high quality furnishings, thoughtful touches and nothing missing. You can really tell how much care has gone into the place. We felt completely at home and left feeling rested and grateful. We would return in a heartbeat and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The location is super quiet, perfect for a relaxing holiday. A 10 minute drive to the supermarket and 15 minutes from Pula downtown with the old town and lots of restaurants. We were welcomed by the two owners with a smile and they provided us with great tips for the area. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a third toilet, kitchen with everything you need. Outside plenty of relaxing spaces in the garden and around the pool. Kids playground with a swing and a trampoline. There is also a great terrace on the first floor, with sunny until late in the evening! We were only here with two people, but this house fits 6 without any problem! Recommended!

Le logement est idyllique, de quoi se sentir sur un nuage durant le séjour, et tout démarre par un accueil chaleureux et généreux de l’hôte Barbara qui nous a attend malgré le retard et l’heure tardive du vol. La maison est en état neuf tant c’est propre et ordonné, elle est magnifique, pratique, bien agencée et tout ce dont nous pouvons avoir besoin. Le jacuzzi, la piscine, le barbecue extérieur, tout est très appréciable. Sans oublier les équipements qui apportent un + comme les accessoires de cuisine, les jeux pour enfants, adolescents, la machine à laver, la table à repasser. Tout est dans le détail pour nous satisfaire. La villa est facile d’accès et vraiment sans vis à vis, dans un cadre paisible en pleine nature. N’hésitez pas à aller promener et vous verrez peut être une gentille dame qui jardine, elle pourra avec plaisir vous vendre des légumes ou des œufs frais. Nous retenons de ce séjour une expérience inoubliable, nos enfants étaient tout aussi triste de quitter les lieux.

Het contact met Lovro hebben we als zeer prettig ervaren. vrolijk, open en eerlijk. Ondanks dat hij de bovenwoning bewoont, zie je hem niet veel. Maar reageerd snel op je bericht. Het appartement is prima te bewonen door 4 personen. Heel fijn om je auto achter het hek te parkeren en eventueel nog wat op te laden. een prachtige, rustige locatie met mooi uitzicht op zee. Al met al een fijne vakantie.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic! We loved the place and Tea and her parents have really thought of everything to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. The apartment is VERY spacious and VERY clean. The decor is bright and modern, the bed super comfy and the kitchen well equipped. Tea is amazing with her communication too. It is a real gem and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again when we visit Croatia again. Thanks so much for a fabulous stay.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer, der Pool, etc. waren wie auf dem Foto und Beschreibung gezeigt. Es war immer jemand da bzw. erreichbar, wenn wir fragen hatten.

This apartment was the best on our European trip so far over 4 weeks of rental - very nice and clean and beds and linen was very very comfortable- air conditioning work excellent- location was perfect for visiting historic Pula, Croatia - thanks again!

L'appartamento è piccolino, pulito e molto carino e fornito di tutto il necessario (doccia, tele, cucina, posate, pentole...). Il parcheggio di fronte all'ingresso è molto comodo e una volta parcheggiata l'auto abbiamo utilizzato le bici fornite insieme all'appartamento per spostarci (sia per raggiungere il centro che per spostarci nelle spiaggie più lontane senza preoccuparci di dover trovare parcheggio). Nonostante siamo arrivati tardi la sera il check in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l'host anche, ci tornerei volentieri!

The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean when we arrived. We had the unit on the first floor and loved that there is three balconys: one outside the main livingroom/kitchen and two more reachable through a bedroom each. The view of the coastline is unique and breath-taking - the sea only about 50 meters from where the house is situated. We didn't communicate about the number of rooms as we assumed that we rent the whole appartment and one room was locked. As we asked if they could open it, they said additional cleaning fees would apply so we opted against it. Friday and saturday night a beachbar a few hundred meters played loud music until late, not sure if it was a onetime thing or not. Within the week there was peace and quiet. The hosts where easy to communicate with and the flexible check-in was very handy. The private part of the beach has beautiful pine trees which provide amazing shaddow. We're thankful that we got to enjoy this nice space for our family holiday.
