Süßes kleines Häuschen in idyllischer, ruhiger Waldrandlage auf Gartengrundstück. Toller Panoramaausblick ins Tal über Fichtelberg-Neubau. In unmittelbarer Nähe zu Fichtelsee und Naabquelle der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Mountainbike-Touren. Im Winter führt der Loipeneinstieg in nächster Nähe vorbei. Durch die Lage auf 800 m ü.d.M. ist es relativ schneesicher. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt direkt zum Haus nicht gewährleistet, je nach Straßenzustand muß 500m entfernt geparkt werden.

Zur Wohnung gehören: - Flur mit separatem WC und Dusche, - Einbauküche mit Elektrogeräten, - offenes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke, Flachbild-TV, ... - Schlafzimmer mit Kleiderschrank u. Doppelbett - Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und Dusche, - eigene Terasse mit Sonnenmarkise und Terassenmöbeln. Situated at the edge of the village just a few steps away from rolling meadows and superb coniferous forest: excellent network of trails for hiking, mountain biking and e-biking on the doorstep; lakes for bathing within easy reach plus a wide range of other pursuits, both active and cultural. Parking space + guest garage on the property.

If you are in the mood for "cabin magic," fireplace & nature in the Fichtel Mountains, then the Spirkenhütte is just right for you. A piece of idyll - as an ideal starting point for nature-loving people or small groups. The pellet stove not only provides a pleasant ambience, but also heats the approximately 100 square meter cabin. Your task - refill pellets daily - the stove does the rest automatically! If you are still cold, you will be pleased about the in-house sauna.

A fully equipped small kitchen with all the utensils you need, including a dining area for 4 people. The stylish furniture and color scheme invite you to relax and unwind.

Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria). Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Completed in 2020 and thus a dream of mine has come true. I personally experienced the trend of less is more - first having to and then seeing it as an opportunity. It has everything you need to live and a lovely garden. The well-being of my guests is my top priority. My testers, a student and a travel friend were all completely satisfied.
