This place has *everything* (literally) to help you unwind, all you have to do is show up and relax. Not to mention the beautiful mountain views and the awesome drives down the winding roads! Char was super responsive and readily available if you needed anything. Thank you again for allowing us to stay in your little slice of paradise. It reminded us as to why we love California so much!

Annie was very helpful and promptly responded. The house and grounds are well equipped and furnished/decorated in a Ventura theme, with 1940's features that match the home's and neighborhood's age. We'd be happy to stay again on our next trip to visit relatives in town.

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and it was so beautiful. The house was so clean and they provided us coffee. There was a pool that we got to enjoy. The house itself is so beautiful and it’s very close to the beach. We loved everything about it. We wish we could’ve stayed longer definitely coming back.

We had the loveliest time celebrating our anniversary at this dreamy beach get-away! Super clean and gorgeous home, so many lovely, stylish spots to relax in. We hiked nearby, had a lovely walk on the beach and ate at very lovely and delicious little food places. Hearing the seals bark nearby just was such a cute and special little touch to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place for a secluded, relaxing little retreat!

I had another fantastic stay at Kathy’s Airbnb! The drive along Corall Canyon offers stunning views of the ocean, Santa Monica, Palos Verdes, and Catalina Island. Kathy’s home features incredible sunrise views, with gentle morning fog below. The open layout connecting the bedroom, living room, kitchenette, and bathroom creates a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Kathy is a wonderful host, always responsive to my needs. If you’re seeking a serene getaway with gorgeous vistas and a lovely host, I highly recommend this place!

Our party of 7 loved our stay here, which we used for 4 days of our California road trip. It was a good base for visiting Malibu and we also made it as far as Santa Maria. Great spot! Really cozy and well appointed for its size. Cute back yard. Hosts are really communicative. Summerland is sleepy but that's what we like about it. Would definitely come back.

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay in Watermark B in Carpinteria. It was clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and the center of town. Carpinteria is active without being loud, and these accommodations were the perfect spot to take in Carpinteria. Pro-tip: there are boogie boards, beach chairs and toys in the laundry area.

Austin had great communication from the start and really easy check-in and check-out process. The space was clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. It was perfect for the 4 of us cozy space to regroup after our conference everyday - to eat around a table and chill out at night. We'd definitely stay there again!

Loved staying here! Very clean and such a sweet little cottage. There's a perfect little private outdoor area with a small table so you can cook or get takeout and eat outside. Perfect for a cozy little getaway. The only thing I didn't love is that it is close enough to the freeway that you can hear the traffic (and the train). But you get used to that pretty quickly. Arrival and checkout were easy and hosts checked in to see if we needed anything. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had a perfect romantic weekend in Santa Barbara, and this place made it truly special. The space was beautifully decorated with great style—spacious, full of natural light, cozy, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, from thoughtful amenities to a warm, inviting atmosphere. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to East Beach, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host, Jane, was fantastic—responsive, kind, and full of helpful suggestions for local restaurants. She made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This place was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the water! Beach access was also great to have very close by! It was great being able to fall asleep with the sound of the waves! Amazing air bnb to stay at!

My wife and I stayed here while I attended a conference 45 minutes away, inland. I’m so glad we stayed where we did because of the views. Not difficult to get around. Grocery store and restaurants are not a far drive away. The place had everything we needed. Older adults, so pretty quiet. You can see and hear the ocean from the condo. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

My wife and I spent a weekend at Eileen’s and all I can say is, it was one of the best experiences I’ve had on AirBnB. Eileen was super helpful and responsive, sent clear instructions, the place was exactly what we were hoping it would be, and Carpinteria is a beautiful town, wonderful people. We cannot recommend Eileen’s place strongly enough!

Great area! Short walk to the beach and a short drive to the pier. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and made dinner time easy. Comfy beds, big bathrooms and a nice quiet outside area. The house has great history and felt cozy. The kitchen area is an add on that can only be accessed through the courtyard area. Be prepared that you will hear the owners/occupants above you when they walk and you often can hear them talking.
