Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Melbourne City

Loved my stay here! The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and felt really welcoming. The host was very proactive and easy to communicate with, which made everything so smooth. The location was perfect too as its in a lively area with heaps to do and so many options for places to eat. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Would 100% stay again!

The 66th floor apartment had amazing views of the city through both bedroom walls and the living room wall which were mostly floor to ceiling glass! As one of the taller buildings in Melbourne, it was great to look at the city from above. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Renlei provided detailed instructions for checking in and check out. Easy!

Firstly, the photos do not do it justice. The location is amazing, and the interior design of the airbnb is cosy and a vibe. Helen and Amy were extremely responsive and accommodating to our arrival time and helped make sure check in went smoothly. The airbnb itself was well stocked, above what was expected, it's like every little thing had been thought out. We definitely thought it was worth the price we paid and would stay again! I found the photos did not do the place justice. The Mantra hotel was clean, perfect location for Asian cuisine, free trams, shopping, and many hidden bars and cafés. The place had that classic hotel apartment vibe of a busy city; more spacious than anticipated and a real home away from home. Communication for check in was exceptional, and their attentiveness to our needs lovely. Would highly recommend, and will be using again!

This was a very nice apartment on the 59th floor so amazing views of the city, Yarra, and the sea in the distance. It had everything I needed for cooking and relaxing. Very close to a lot of nice restaurants and shopping areas. Just had to pick up a key from somewhere else but this was around the corner so very close. The host was very quick to respond to questions. Minor issue but the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, there was a bit of hair left on the shower head but other than that the place was clean

Beautiful apartment with great amenities. It was challenging to locate the place initially with 3 towers close to each other but got around it with the help of the shop staff nearby. As it’s close to the train and police stations, traffic sounds were audible at night. Else an amazing apartment with great furnishings that’s near the central area.

Fabulous stay in the apartment again. Always spotlessly clean, well appointed, and in a great location for the CBD and adventures to outer neighbourhoods. I took my coffee at nearby Pellegrini’s each morning before enjoying the numerous activities Melbourne offers.

We had a great stay at Brunswick cottage. Great location close to both the airport and city. Greg is such a lovely host and even provided bread, milk, wine and a lovely selection of breakfast cereal and yoghurt. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need!! We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. Thank you !!!

Lovely air bnb. Justin was great with communicating and letting us extend our check out time by a couple of hours. Location was good but loud when going to sleep on weekends people walking past. Construction was happening next door which we weren’t made aware of so was loud! Workers throwing bricks and tools around.

Great spot, pretty quiet. Easy access to Melbourne CBD and surrounds. Bed was comfy. Would be happy to stay here again.

Really enjoyed our stay – the house is beautifully styled, in a great neighborhood, and easy to find with accessible parking. It’s a cozy, welcoming space that’s clearly well looked after. Just a heads up: the 2 bedrooms in the main house don’t have AC, so if you're sensitive to temperature, it might be worth considering the season before booking - there is AC in the main living area, but it's at the other end of the house. It was unseasonably warm in Melbourne during our stay, but we got through it alright. Kali was a fantastic host – super responsive and friendly, and since she lives next door, she was always around if we needed anything. Would happily stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful, very peaceful and quiet while also being close to transport and shops/restaurants. We really enjoyed the fireplace and spa tub. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Naomi was a great host and communicator.

This gorgeous historic home is in the best location with the tram across the road, the South Melbourne markets a very short walk as well as lots of local cafes and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and homelike as well as quite spacious for a one bedroom place. There’s a full kitchen with plenty of bench space to prepare all that beautiful food from the nearby markets!

great location, nice place, clean and quiet

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

Vincent's place was great for our girls birthday weekend. The place was lovely and clean and in the perfect position to see Melbourne city.
