Pretty half-timbered percheron house, renovated from top to bottom in 2010 with all the comforts, but keeping all its soul. A place where everyone seems to feel good, with sunny days in the large south-facing garden, or near the large fireplace in winter. 2 cozy bedrooms on the 1st floor (1 with double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), and downstairs, after the large living/dining room of 50 m2, a small office with 1 single bed and a large fully-equipped kitchen full of light. The property is set in one hectare of land with an orchard, a garden and a large park with sheeps, all not overlooked. The house has two terraces: the main one faces east and overlooks the park, while the second faces west, so you can enjoy the outdoors as the sun shines.

An authentic 18th-century farmhouse that combines great comfort with country charm, thanks to a high standard renovation. No neighbor, only nature and a great experience of French countrylife in Normandy. In its large wild garden surrounded by pastures cows and horses graze. In addition to the 3 en-suite bedrooms, there's a solo room for a seventh traveler.

In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

A set of character composed of 2 independent apartments on the ground floor. The 1st: the main house can easily accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom). The 2nd: the large cottage for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms). It is an isolated, quiet setting, ideal for spending days with family or friends. Outdoor games, and board games for your evenings by the fire, bicycles for your walks, hiking sites nearby.

Papy Marcel

Pavilion in a subdivision 1 min walk from a crossroads, 5 min from the bakery and the city center, 15 min drive from La Ferté-Bernard and 40 min from Le Mans. The number of rooms will be open depending on the number of guests. Example: 1 bedroom = 1 guest. For 2 bedrooms = 3 guests and 3 bedrooms = 5 guests. The beds will be made upon arrival, but don't forget your towels. I ask for a supplement of €10/person to have towels.
