Discover Istria - renovated stone house

Casa Nona Roza was built by our family members in the early 20th century and it was a home of our grandparents. It was completely renovated in 2017, keeping in mind keeping the spirit of old times, combining Istrian tradition with all the elements of modern life. What makes it special is the use of traditional material: massive stone walls, wooden floors, wrought iron fence. The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, dining room and living room combined in a single with air-conditioning , large bathroom and games room (darts, soccer table, bike room). On the second floor there are 3 rooms. Two bedrooms with double beds are air conditioning. One of them has the TV. The third bedroom has two single beds and the possibility of heating for cold days. Also on the same floor there is a large bathroom. What dominates the garden is a large meadow with a centennial tree under which in the afternoon you can be in the shade. In the back of the house there is a well built in 1920. Inside the building there are two parking spaces, one of which is covered. The whole property is surrounded by old walls.

Enjoy complete privacy in this designer holiday home located in the countryside, ideal for couples or families. The house has 109m2 on a plot of 750 m2. The house offers two comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and great outdoor area with a gas barbecue and a heated, massage pool. The house is 2 km away from all amenities. It is located in central Istria, which makes it an great starting point for exploring the entire area. Covered parking for 2 cars.

In Poljaki near Barban is the quiet Villa Casa Oleander - a stylishly furnished house on 2 floors. On the first floor, there is a spacious living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and toilet. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Outside there is a covered terrace with dining area, grill and lounge area as well as the heated pool and a solar shower. The secluded property is enclosed by a wall.

In front of the house there is a large swimming pool 14.50 meters long and 65 m2 in size. The house has a 5500 m2 yard. The first beach is 10 km away, while the tourist center Rabac with beautiful beaches is 20 km away.
