Elise’s place is wonderful. We were a small family of three with a small toddler and everything was great. We even received a free welcome basket. Great set up for bringing a small kid with swimming pool. The view from the terrace is world class. Communication was also very good.

Maddalena was a wonderful host, she responded quickly to any questions I had and her home was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable It is in perfect location in Menaggio not far from the main square. Everywhere is walkable, great supermarket at the top of the street, ATM on corner, ferry an easy walk away as is bus depot Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this town and enjoyed our ferry trips to the other parts of Lake Como also

The apartment was better than it looked in the photographs. Apartment was spotless, light and sunny and happy. Great location to everything. Excellent communication for the entire stay. Would highly recommend.

This apartment has the most beautiful views from the balcony and living room. We very much enjoyed our morning coffee in the balcony and the weather was perfect - not too hot which made sitting in the sun a delight. On a hot day, a shade in the balcony would be perfect. The location is perfect as it's right next to the ferry terminal. The roadside can be a little noisy but after a while it became white noise as you take in the breathtaking view. We rented a vespa and found it very easy to move around whether by taking the ferry to Bellagio on the other side or to Menaggio, 10mins down the road. We also had a dedicated parking spot which was perfect. Irina was very responsive and helpful. We absolutely loved the bottle of sparkling wine that she left us on arrival. Very nice touch. It truly is idyllic and we would love to return one day. Lake Como is a magical place.

This apartment was absolute 5-star quality with the comfort of home. A lot of thought has clearly gone into creating such a stylish, welcoming space. The location was perfect — just minutes from everything in Menaggio — and it made our wedding anniversary truly unforgettable. Jenny was lovely, professional, and easy to communicate with. We couldn’t have asked for more!

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

Loved the gorgeous lake view in this comfortable, conveniently located apartment in the charming town of Varenna. The place was everything we were looking for and our host was so helpful. We hope to have the pleasure of staying again before too long!

Great place and well located in Menaggio. Everything seemed to be a maximum 10 minute walk away. There are stairs and a hill to climb but this is clearly stated and also means the view is great. The access to a private garden space with a great view was an unexpected bonus. Great place. Great host.

Great accommodation 15 minutes' walk from the center and 2 minutes by car or bus. The accommodation is super well-equipped with a great view. Absolutely everything was perfect. Thank you Renata!

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

This place met all of our expectations! Very spacious, memorable view and was very clean. Federica was very attentive to any questions we had about the property and restaurant recommendations in the area. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed out stay! So convenient to be in Menaggio and about 5 minute walk to the ferry to visit the Lake Como hot spots. It was great to have the extra parking space - we left our car parked the entire visit and walked or took the ferry to everything - it was great!

Loved staying here, would gladly be back. Great communication and an easy check-in process. Few minutes of walking from the dock nearby and some good spots to eat (Spanish Corner!).

We had a great time with our family with our 4 teenagers. The apartment is spacious located in a quiet alley 2 steps from the city center. we took advantage of the takeout pizzas from the trattoria right at the foot of the building, it was perfect for our visit to Lake Como. we also found that Menaggio was really a very good option to visit the surroundings, less bottled than the neighboring villages, close to the Carlotta, Balbianello villas... we are all delighted with our stay! thank you very much

Such a beautiful, warm welcome from Rosanna to her immaculately clean home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, albeit was far too brief. A short walk to the town for a swim in the lake, gelato or ferry into the golden triangle. Don’t miss Varenna and the beautiful gardens at the villas Monastero and Cipressi - spectacular.

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family. Thanks again!

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!
