Sandra’ place is in a fantastic location- central to all beaches and a short walk to the center of town. She always replied to texts as quick as a good friend does. Communication was amazing. The bed was comfortable and AC cold! The rooftop was a nice place to take a break from the heat of the summer weather. Solchek (spelling is so wrong sorry!) made the most fluffy delicious eggs for breakfast. Three adorable pups filled the house with extra love (tell Chica I love her!) Thanks x a million for a magical stay.

A simple, no-frills stay in Selçuk that lives up to its one-star status. The owner was warm and welcoming. This place serves as a decent base for exploring the area. It‘s close to the bus and train station and just a stone away from the castle.

We had a wonderful time here! We stayed three nights and would have stayed longer if we could. The property was beautiful, cozy, and super clean. The pool was a lovely reprieve from the heat, the property is just a 30 minute drive from beautiful beaches, Ephesus, and other incredible ruins. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey, with olives, olive oil, and figs from the property. We had dinner onsite as well and it was equally delicious. The hosts are incredibly hospitable and go above and beyond to ensure you have a great stay and all the information you need to explore the area. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a relaxed vacation spot, this is it. Garden and pool area are worth to spend some time. Located close to the vineyards and the Urla’s center. There is also a winery within walking distance where you can have good pizzas. Amenities are adequate along with a room of a reasonable size and it is also very clean. I’ll not forget Güneş, cute puppy made our holiday better.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The location is amazing—just a short walk to the sea. Our room was spotlessly clean and had a breathtaking sea view. The staff were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The terrace pool was a beautiful spot to relax, and the breakfast each morning was fresh, delicious, and full of variety. If you're looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming place near the beach, this is it. We can’t wait to come back!

It was a pleasant, quiet and calm place to stay. My brother and I enjoyed it a lot. We felt as if we had come to a familiar place or were in our summer house. They were friendly and helpful people, we will definitely come again. The most important thing is that you should definitely eat that wonderful toast made by Mr. Orhan for breakfast🤗🥳🥰. When I first entered the room, there was hair and hair in the drawers, which was a little annoying, but I was satisfied with everything else. The location was wonderful as a single woman and I did not have a private car, and I was not bothered by anyone while walking around the neighborhood or hotel. Their breakfast was great. Everyone was friendly. I can recommend bringing your shampoo with you at most. There is shampoo in the rooms when they want it, but if you like bubbling shampoo like crazy, I can say bring it yourself. I hope you have plenty of income. Thanks for everything

The owners were very friendly, which I appreciated at first, but over time it became a bit overwhelming. They frequently wanted to come down and visit. I brought my client for a medical trip, so it would have been more helpful if they had welcomed us initially and then given us space to focus on our tasks without feeling obligated to. During our stay, my client had an accident on the bed, and I promptly paid for the mattress. Unfortunately, there was also an accident on a cloth sofa that could have easily been steam cleaned. However, the host advised that we had to pay the full price of $2,900 USD to replace the sofa. I felt this was excessive, especially considering it’s a rental property where normal wear and tear should be expected.

I recommend it to everyone, everything is as seen in the photos and they are very friendly people

I will definitely come back again. It was one of the rare places where I felt at home. The owners of the hotel welcomed us very well at the entrance. The rooms were spotless, and there was quality equipment that met all our needs. The hotel's location is 2 minutes' walk to the sea. The rooms were very comfortable, there were supermarkets, restaurants and bars around the bazaar, it was very lively. We also used the pool floor, we went into the pool a lot and sunbathed. I will be coming back soon.

Murat was an excellent host, very welcoming and helpful in everything. Balina is very cosy and Bademli is a really nice village. The beaches around it are fantastic.

Both the business owner and other colleagues did their jobs in the best way. If you want a comfortable, calm and relaxing holiday, I would definitely recommend it in terms of location and price performance. I was very pleased with the service I received and the attitude towards us, thank you.
