We were satisfied, the handling was very easy and straightforward. The place was as shown on the pictures and in the description.

Easy walk from the Lugano main station, quiet at night, very clean, air conditioning was AMAZING, hot water was stellar, huge space for 2 people. Overall a great stay😍

We had a wonderful stay at Monika’s beautiful villa in the lovely small village of Biogno-Beride. Monika is the best. She radiates warmth and makes you really feel at home. The villa has two large outside arched balconies, great for relaxing or outside dining/breakfast and with wonderful views of the surrrounding mountains and by clear weather Monte Rosa (Switzerlands highest peak). Loved the coffee at Pasquale’s coffeebar down the road! We would love to come again in the future.

A small, nice apartment where you feel right at home. All the most important kitchen utensils are available and the balcony is also quite pleasant in fine weather. Highly recommended!

Below is a shop to get everyday things. The children used the playground. The bus stop is about 4-5 minutes' walk away and in about 20 minutes you are in the middle of it and at the lake. The Lido can also be reached in about 20 minutes by bus. The balcony is large and you can comfortably sit outside in the evening. Loved it. The host responds very quickly and very friendly.

We enjoyed the stay with Franziska to the fullest. Such a beautiful place - a charming garden, the surroundings wonderful - what more could you want... we had made a stopover on the way back from southern Italy with our 3 children. Very nice, quiet place to stay. We were able to relax and unwind extremely. Despite great heat, we were able to cool off at any time in the pool and in the outdoor shower. Thank you!

We felt at home in the Casa di Kokoro - it exceeded our expectations. The house is superbly equipped: in the large, cozy kitchen there is really everything, everything you need to cook well and feel comfortable, and also everything else we needed was there - whether an extra pillow, a baby chair or bathroom items. Everything was perfectly clean and very homely. The house is significantly more spacious than the pictures, we had plenty of space (as two families with small children). Especially good for the winter: it was very pleasantly tempered (underfloor heating in the rooms), and the fireplace in the kitchen makes it cozy. Amanda was very attentive and kind as a host: The fridge was stocked with some goodies, she asked about us several times and helped us directly. The location is quiet, a perfect starting point for hikers or boulderers, and there are great tips from the hostess.

Beautiful family stay for walks in the Versasca valley. Terrace and exceptional view for meals. The house is not large but comfortable for 8 people. Thanks to Reto for the quick communication.

A great, cozy apartment, with everything you need to feel comfortable quickly. It is very cozy, you look into the countryside, the creek rustles. Our two teenagers loved it too. Fabrizio is a very warm and open host with tips and good information. From our point of view, almost an insider tip if you are looking for nature and still want to shop quickly by bus or stroll through Locarno.

There were five of us. All persons between 60 and 87 years of age. The house really has everything you could wish for - from the furnishings, to the kitchen and bathroom equipment, to the beautiful garden with the magnificent view. There was nothing missing! We were personally received and instructed by Paul and Silvia and therefore immediately felt very comfortable. Due to the central location of the accommodation in the "Sopra Ceneri", excursions throughout the canton are possible within a short time. We recommend arriving by car. Thanks to the charging station for electric vehicles, you have enough "juice" in the battery every morning, even for longer trips. We are already looking forward to the next visit and thank you very much!

The part of the house is very conveniently located and the garden with the seating areas is idyllic. The management was very friendly and professional. The furnishings were very clean and beautiful - we will come back!

This place is very very cozy. Andrea is very nice and we felt immediately like at home! We got fresh bread on the table as a bonus and the drinks in the minibar are really very refreshing and appreciated. You have there all appliances you need for travelling even for a longer stay. The beds are very comfortable and it was very quiet in the whole area. The only minus is parking. For a bigger or longer car, not possible to park in the garage. We parked with Mercedes A class and it was very narrow plus we almost couldn't get out. The second parking on the street we couldn't find. Also the pool on the pics was not in the garden. But we stayed only for one night and then moved on, so we didn't miss it so much. But despite these two inconveniences the stay was very nice and I would recommend to everybody to book this place. The beautiful view from the balcony and the warm welcome you feel from the details in the space is really worth it!

We booked the studio for an overnight stay and felt very comfortable right away Felt. The apartment offers everything and we liked the style very much! There are plenty of options in the area and the check-in and checkout went smoothly. We didn't miss anything. Everything was in top condition and timeless design :)

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

We stayed for a weekend and will definitely be back soon. The contact with Fikrete was very friendly, we immediately felt very comfortable and the view of the lake is fantastic. In general, the complex looks very well maintained and despite many residential units, you can enjoy peace and quiet on the balcony. The car can be parked in the yard, which is secured to you by a gate. A pool completes it all and of course direct access to the lake . Bissone is located just outside Lugano, very nice quiet with numerous opportunities for walking. However, Lugano can be reached very quickly by bus or car. Lugano captivates with its promenade and numerous cafes and restaurants. There are also many possibilities for hiking enthusiasts. For us, it was perfect at Fikrete, with plenty of everything, sparkling clean and practical/ friendly furnishings. Thank you again and see you soon family Pfeiffer

The apartment was very nice and quiet. You have everything you need in the apartment and even additional games for nice game evenings. Josiane and Tiziano were also always available and very friendly. The only thing to complain about would be the driveway to the house because it is high in the mountains. However, it is very quiet up there and you get used to this trip by car.

The communication even in advance was very friendly and the arrival was therefore easy and relaxed. We were warmly welcomed when we arrived. The apartment is great and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything is well thought out and nothing is missing. I have rarely experienced this before. We would love to come back and I can recommend this place 100%.
