A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

We had a wonderful stay here. If you are looking for peace and quiet, beautiful views, privacy and a feeling of light and spaciousness then this house has them all. The pool was much appreciated and it is very near the Mayenne river with lots of activities so there was plenty to do.
