Welcome to my cosy studio ! It is ideal to discover Paris in couple or for a business trip. You can take enjoy of a real bed thanks to the space that is in the studio. It is completely equipped and will allow you to make yourself as at home. The bathroom includes a shower and toilet. A washing machine is available in the apartment. Between the park of the Buttes Chaumont and the park of Belleville, the district is very lively.

As a food lover, I have created a very personal and unique space for fellow foodies. Located in one of the hippest parts of Paris, my well-equipped kitchen includes a 3m long dining table that seats up to 12 people. The apartment has many original features with a private terrace, bedroom with a double sofa bed, and an original small retro bathroom. While the kitchen is very well equipped all mother comforts are kept to a minimum.

It is quiet on courtyard and bright. This apartment is at the foot of the Ménilmontant subway, a changing neighborhood with many local shops, close to the Jean-pierre Timbaud neighborhood, Oberkampf, Belleville and Père Lachaise.

Il peut accueillir idéalement 2 adultes mais le canapé se transforme en lit une place pour accueillir un troisième voyageur.

Ideally located in the heart of the bohemian and artistic district of Ménilmontant, the building overlooks Place Sorbier where you can enjoy the liveliness of many cafes and restaurants. With a surface area of 15m2 with a nice height under the ceiling it is equipped with a sofa bed and a 2-seater sleeping area on the mezzanine.
