Condo holiday rentals in Ménilmontant, Paris

This was possibly the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at and we’ve stayed in a TON. The location was great. The charming decor and impeccable cleanliness were next level. The apartment felt lived in and cared for in a unique way. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable including the small day bed in the living room. The neighbors were friendly and there were even several cats in the shared courtyard! The hosts were very responsive and easy to get a hold of. We had an issue with the fridge and they made sure to get it fixed before we returned from our days activities. The only thing to consider before booking would be the bath. The pictures make it seem like the shower head can be hung on the wall but it couldn’t. There is no shower curtain so it took us a couple tries to get the hang of showering without spraying water all over. Also the bathtub is very deep which might be a mobility challenge. Even so, we will be booking again next time we visit Paris if we can!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Benoit’s beautiful apartment. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated with a balcony, bath and well equipped kitchen. The apartment block is very quiet and in a nice non-touristy neighbourhood. Very convenient for the metro. Benoit was a great host. We would highly recommend for those wishing to have a proper French experience away from the busy tourist spots.

This flat is great—it’s in a very cool neighbourhood, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, galleries, and shops. It’s nicely decorated, the kitchen is really well equipped, the bed is super comfortable with nice bedding, and the shower has great water pressure. Communication with Ly was also excellent. Would absolutely recommend!

Djelloul was very welcoming and very precise in his instructions. In addition, the underground parking is really very reassuring. The building is also very secure.

Airbnb great, very clean and the hostess very kind and responds quickly. She was at our disposal throughout our stay. I would recommend it 100%

We loved our stay at Marianne’s apartment. It was beautiful, stylish, and extremely comfortable and clean for a few nights in Paris. Located close to metro stations and tucked in a lovely neighborhood. Marianne was quick at responding and lovely in checking us in. Would definitely stay there again!

We stayed at Antoine’s home for a week and absolutely loved it. The home is cosy with beautiful wooden beams and a lovely open space. The place is well equipped and you are surrounded by beautiful, quiet court yards filled with greenery. It is very much like staying in a rural area with the city of Paris on your doorstep. The best of both worlds. Antoine’s Neighbour are very friendly and Antoine was very helpful providing clear instruction of how to enter the property. Just outside is the local metro station and everything you may need, plus many restaurants, cafes and boulangeries! Such a gem of a home! We will definitely be staying again!

Françoise is a great host and responded to our messages very quickly. We were a little disapointed with the apartment as it is a little run down. But the place was still quite comfortable. Thank you Françoise.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It is a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

The interior of the apartment is perfect. The bed is large and very comfortable. It's clean and we have everything we need at our disposal. Nicolas' welcome was extraordinary. We arrived around 1pm while the apartment was available at 4pm. Nicolas warmly welcomed us to his restaurant and kept our suitcases. We therefore went for a walk and on our return, our two suitcases of more than 20kg were in the apartment. There are 3 very narrow floors so a huge thank you to Nicolas who probably saved us from back pain 😊 It's important to go and enjoy a delicious pasta and pizza meal at Nicolas' restaurant. It's delicious! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

Super clean, Mathieu was super responsive and friendly, and it was a great spot for being very near Paris but not quite in paris, so much quieter.

Laurent was a great host, and the apartment was cute, compact, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The view out the window was excellent for the price! Entering the unit felt very secure and safe.

Imagine opening a front door and being confronted every time with a most incredible view of Paris - now stay at Christophe's beautiful aerie of a home and you'll have this jaw-dropping moment every time you "come home" and it will feel like you are truly a citizen of Paris when staying here. Exactly as pictured and described, you will easily settle into this very large two-bedroom, two-bathroom modern home away from home. Not the typical one-bedroom tiny home of our past visits. Perfect for a family to spread out. Christophe has thought of everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the bedrooms with their beautiful linens. It's so perfect you might not want to leave! Don't hesitate. Snag this place and live like a Parisian even if only for a week or two! Christophe is a gracious host and a truly remarkable and interesting fellow. This is a layup.

A great spot — especially for families. Very walkable with a great park/playground just down the street. Thibaut was an amazing host!

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

This place is extremely cozy, but the view is breathtaking, have the opportunity to enjoy the Eiffel Tower in all its glory, there were a few night were the sunset had beautiful colors and made the experience even better. The location is great in terms of public transportation and local stores and bars. Definitely I will book it again.

Roland’s hospitality was greatly appreciated. The suite was beautifully decorated and located in the heart of Montmartre. We appreciated the patio space and having a comfortable place to relax after a full day of exploring the city.
