Nice 28 m² studio, refurbished and with brand new equipment. Located on the 9th floor (with elevator) of a building on the heights of Paris with beautiful views of the city. The neighborhood is relatively lively but the street itself is very quiet. The apartment is decorated and functional! Located a 5-minute walk from one of the best metro lines in Paris: line 11, which takes you in 15 minutes to the hypercenter (République, Marais, Châtelet...). Various shops nearby.

A very cozy studio, you will have it for you, in the center of Paris, 10 minutes walk to Oberkampf (the main street of bars), 15 minutes away from Republique and Canal Saint Martin. Many restaurants, bars, and supermarkets around. Fully equipped, there is everything you need in my studio and it is very easy to reach from anywhere you like in Paris (several metro lines around).
