Great welcome with very pleasant surprises in the fridge. Coffee was also planned for the next day and beyond. The accommodation was perfectly clean and really located 2 minutes from the lake. You don't feel cramped, there's everything you need. I must note the calm around the studio, no car noise or other. Before we arrived, we received a lot of great recommendations. Super responsive host and tries to answer your questions by providing real help. The studio is easy to access (even without a car) and there is a convenience store, a bakery, a pizzeria, a wine bar, a pharmacy and small restaurants nearby. Veyrier is a very beautiful place. I can only recommend this address and I will come back without hesitation!

We just loved our stay! It was conveniently located, everything was within the walking distance. The bakery, food mart, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy and of course to the lake. The flat had everything we needed to stay comfortably. Stephanie, our host, was super friendly, courteous and prompt in responding. Definitely going back again!

We had a great time at Lake Annecy at Annecy Location. The apartment is beautiful and well-equipped. There is everything you need even for an extended stay. We only spent 3 days in this apartment but we would still stay with pleasure. The large balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains and the lake is a real gem. There are shops right next door, a tree climbing park, La Brune Beach and a paragliding take-off site 10-15 minutes' drive away. Absolutely recommended. ❤️

We just had a great weekend at Aude and Stéphane's place with my partner. The view is simply magnificent, we were treated to a magnificent sunset for our arrival... there is the terrace, with a table to enjoy the end of the day, have a meal and deckchairs to relax. Everything is well thought out and very enjoyable. Otherwise, the Airbnb is very clean, convenient, well decorated, and it doesn't lack anything. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is nice. The hosts are also very responsive, pleasant and give very good advice! Thanks to them we were able to have good addresses (do not hesitate to call on their advice). Thanks to them for this weekend, we recommend this Airbnb!

Fabulous apartment in a stunning location, with spectacular views from the balcony of the paragliders, the lake and the mountains. Inside the apartment is very spacious, with lots of extra little touches provided such as kitchen ingredients, shower gel, shampoo, etc. Our family love coffee, so the coffee machine was a nice treat and François kindly provided the coffee beans too. There is access to the lovely pool and deck, which again takes in the stunning views . We enjoyed walks down into Tallories and exploring the area. The walk back is uphill but enjoyable, just keep stopping to take in the views! François is an excellent host, very friendly and with great recommendations on the local area. We had a wonderful 9 day stay, and would highly recommend.

Fantastic location ! Large and neatly furnished accommodation. Lovely balcony on 2 sides of the residence with excellent seating and even loungers. The only downside is the through road between the residence and the lake. This causes some noise pollution. Cycling in the area is recommended, perfect bike paths around the lake. bike paths around the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at Lake Annecy. The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. We enjoyed having the use of a private garden. It is located only a short distance to the lake and local restaurants and bakery. We also appreciated the use of the two electric bikes.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

My daughter and I totally enjoyed our 5 night stay at Camille's place in Annecy. it is perfect for 2 people. Close to town. Annecy and surrounds are very beautiful. TBA The car parking on site was secure and great to have. The parking is initially a little tricky to navigate, but you soon get used to it. Just take it slowly! When I informed Camille that the coffee machine was faulty, she provided an immediate remedy. The apartment is on the ground floor, and has two skylights, but no other windows. The skylights can be opened for fresh air, but seem to close automatically if any rain is imminent. Lots of lovely restaurants around with excellent local food and wine - all within easy walking distance. The lake is wonderful for swimming. It is a good 3hr cycle ride ( 40km) to ride around. That was a highlight of our stay. Also visits to Lac Bourget and La Clusaz in the mountains. We highly recommend a visit to Annecy and Camille's apartment is a perfect place for two.
