We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! We had a great time! The apartment, decorated with great taste, combines charm and modernity thanks to its state-of-the-art amenities. Everything is designed to offer maximum comfort, whether with family or friends. A real break in the countryside that I highly recommend!

WOW - thats how i would describe this house - the views surrounding the house are amazing. It is so peaceful and quiet. The house is a real home from home and had everything you could possibly need, including a play room which was absolutely brilliant for my 20 month old grandaughter. The pool and garden were both ideal and my grandaughter loved the playhouse and slide. It is only a short walk down to the lake and swimiining in it is just amazing - water is clear and there is free to park municiple beach a short drive away. It is about 20 min drive into annecy which we did a few times which again is absolutely beautiful. Hubert was a fantastic host and was responsive and helpful as well as a lovely welcome gift from him and his family. I could go on and on about how wonderful our holiday was but i will finish with I would love to go back to this house and will be revisiting again one day - thank you Hubert

We spent two wonderful weeks in this great vacation home. The accommodation was exactly as described – cozy, clean and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool was a real highlight in the wonderful weather we had over the entire 14 days. The e-bikes provided were also an absolute asset – they allowed us to take many wonderful tours in the area and enjoy the landscape. A special thank you to our host Paul, who welcomed us very warmly. We were greeted with delicious local cookies and a bottle of wine – a very nice and personal gesture that immediately made us feel welcome. We were two with our dog and felt completely comfortable. The holiday home is also ideal for travelers with four-legged friends. We can recommend this holiday home 100% with a clear conscience and will be happy to come back!

We had a pleasant stay in a very functional accommodation with quality amenities and decoration. The environment is quiet with local shops within walking distance. Laurent is a welcoming and friendly host, he was very discreet and respectful during our stay. We recommend eyes closed.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Benoit's little chalet is very quaint and quiet It's great for two of us Simple in furnishings and supplies, but enough for 4 nights with our dog who was able to benefit from the large garden ( not fenced). We just missed the basics for cooking ( salt pepper sugar oil wipes any garbage bag etc.) which is not provided. Very good location Close to shops and a nice walk to the expensive ring road

What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

We had a very nice week in St. Jorioz. The apartment did not disappoint us on the whole and we felt very comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, the large table and sofa perfect for working, relaxing, playing games or watching movies. Communication with the hosts was also smooth and very friendly. There were five of us there, and that worked, but the four of us are probably even more comfortable. There are also vacuum cleaners, wipers, etc., to clean a bit in between, which we also loved. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be enough toilet paper, dish soap, batteries for remote control and things like oil and spices, because it's hard to bring your own if you're traveling without a car. In addition, the apartment is intended for very quiet vacationers. We didn't have a party or anything, and were still too loud for the neighbors. But overall it was great! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city centre. We especially loved the lovely scent of jasmine that grows right in front of the house, and the place itself was spotless. Highly recommended!

We had a really nice stay. The house is cozy, clean and surrounded by nature. Catherine and Jean Paul were very kind hosts and allowed us to have a unique experience: cuddling the goats and feeding them milk with a bottle! We left early in the morning and couldn't say goodbye to them in person, but we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for everything. Highly recommended!

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Lovely house in a quiet area of the lake, easy to travel into Annecy via bus although takes about 30-40 minutes. local swimming spots and restaurants were really nice. Anne was a very helpful and attentive host who helped us with any issues etc. throughout our stay. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay, it was easy to get around by car to visit the city of Annecy, there was also free relay parking, it's ideal. It's great for walking or cycling. Lots of amenities around the house (grocery store, restaurants, bike rental). The house was as seen in the photos, everything was very clean and tidy. Also very nice welcome on arrival by the host!
