We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic house Very cozy, big, comfortable, big, super clean, renovated showers, it was really the best house I have ever rented! Above expectations! Will certainly return, and I warmly recommend this house!

Beautiful accommodation, close to the lake, and in a very nice village! Super accessible by bus, which stops right in front of the house.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

We just spent a week in Aleks’s place and loved every minute of it. The place is pristine, with lots of attention to small details to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, from very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, to picnic blankets and coolers to use on your outings and more. Comfortable beds, great view on the Menthon Saint Bernard castle from the windows and we loved the breakfasts and dinners on the balcony with a view over the mountains. Walking distance to the village, the great bakery and the beach. Aleks is a very responsive host who provides lots of local recommendations and advice. We could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at Laurence's place, the studio was the perfect size for our week exploring lake Annecy with everything we needed and such a beautiful view! Laurence was very helpful and friendly. We are definitely hoping to be back!

Have stayed at here many times everything is perfect! As always Martine is amazing and always there to help if need be. What else can you say that’s not already been said in the many reviews. The house was small but incredibly functional — it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Thoughtfully equipped and very well maintained. The location was also great: just a short walk to the railway and bus stations, with shops and a market nearby. The lake was only about 10 minutes away on foot, which made for lovely walks. Perfect for a short or solo stay!

I had an amazing experience at this place. It is super cozy and comfortable and has everything a solo traveller could need. The shower, mini kitchen and balcony are fantastic. The location being so close to the bus/train station was super convenient and the hosts were very responsive. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Nina's, the apartment is spacious, well thought out, quiet. It is located a few minutes from the lake and we were able to fully enjoy the activities of the lake! The proximity of restaurants, water activities, the beach is ideal for a stay, including without a vehicle. Nina is a very nice host, eager for your stay to be successful. We will be back!

Céline's apartment is very nice with a little artistic decor. It is very well arranged with taste. The bedding is excellent. Always available and caring, I can only recommend Céline and her Studio

we had a pleasant stay. Stéphanie is another very responsive. She responded to our needs at any time of the day, even evening... a host of rare responsiveness so that we could fully enjoy the stay. The accommodation was impeccable. I highly recommend 😁

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.

We had a great time at the Grattague at Wilfried's place. Her warm and well laid out apartment is located in a quiet location. From the balcony, magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi. Hiking departure at the foot of the residence. Wilfried is an attentive and caring host. Thanks again!

we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful little apartment. everything we needed was there, it was absolutely spotlessly clean and modern and very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone to book this place 😊 its so lovely 😍 the garden is stunning and the hosts are very nice. perfectly situated to visit all the local areas have to offer. amazing!!!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with a pool house is just a few meters from the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex conveys a good sense of security. If we had any questions, the landlord answered immediately and gave us very attractive tips for companies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!

Loved the location of this place. A perfect little spot for the two of us for two nights in Annecy.

Had a pleasant stay in Sandrine and Frédéric's accommodation. Everything is as described. Very quiet in the immediate vicinity of the bus line to get to Annecy and thus avoid traffic and parking problems. Accessible to shops and the market on foot. Only small detail a lack of pressure of the shower, this will not stop us if the opportunity arises to return to this accommodation. Valerie

About 30 minutes away from Annecy. Easily accessible by bus and bike. lovely, quiet spot. plenty of kitchen space to cook your own meals. nice outdoor area. Our host responded very quickly whenever we needed him.
