Beachfront holiday rental in Merano

Despite the small turbulence at check-in, the apartment is in a perfect location. Close to lake, shops, restaurants. Everything was as described, well-maintained, well-equipped and clean apartment. Recommended.

Fantastic accommodation on the side of Lake Molveno

lovely flat, compact but all amenities you'd need. lovely garden and really close for swimming in the lake and local restaurants. we arrived by bus and was really easy. fede was a great host and really responsive. would definitely come back.

We stayed the week of New Year's with our dog. The accommodation perfectly matches the description. Quiet and perfect location for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. The host was very kind and available for any need. We'll be happy to come back.

Great stay with family and dog. Great communication. House and garden for one and even an extra fenced garden area for dogs. Opposite is the wonderfully refreshing lake, and the dog beach is also right on site. We did great hikes, jogged around the lake and enjoyed swimming in the clear Ledrosee. The house has everything you need. You usually stay outside anyway.

Caldonazzo is a place where I can feel at home. The space of Alex though is located in a one way road, and from the center of the city you habe to drive a long way towards the flat because you need to drive around the entire town. So better take bicycles with you to get around the town more easily. Nevertheless, I could leave my car directly in front of Alex‘ house so the reachability was very perfect. Thank you for having us. I‘ll come back surely!

We really liked the apartment with regard to the lake and met our expectations. Bettina is an attentive host, communicating with her easily and quickly. On site, a very friendly point of contact will be available for all questions. We will definitely return in any case.

Ideal location of the house to reach the facilities in Campitello. Comfortable and comfortable house. Very useful ski room. Maurizio is a very kind and helpful host. Recommended!

Stay 01/05.03.2025 Cute and well cared for apartment, has the essentials and has a great location from a logistical point of view. Close to Lake Molveno (to be used mainly in the summer, although in winter the ski posts are equipped with cannons for artificial snow), served by sky buses for the ski lifts, convenient parking, served by a supermarket and elevator with direct access to the relevant terrace. The only thing I would recommend is the replacement of the old sofa, especially in consideration of the comfort of the seats, with a new maybe three-seater (given the absence of a living room or relaxation area). Location that allows you to take advantage of the activities connected to the mountain at 360° both in winter and summer. No negative notes to report. Friendly host, responsive, and willing to provide the best solutions to the information requested. I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment with a great location close to the lake

The apartment was very nice. A great place to stay for a few days. Very comfortable. And it’s well located to downtown Riva Del Garda. Highly recommended. My only difficulty was the parking and checking in. The parking area is about a 10 minute walk away. If you have a car, and a few bags, you are not necessarily going to want to drag them from the parking area. Even the option of parking at the local supermarket is not a great option especially when you are unfamiliar with the city. So I tried to find a place to illegally park for a few minutes to unload the bags and had my wife wait while I tried to find the parking area and get back. A little stressful. The fob for the parking area was confusing. I finally figured out what buttons to push to open up the needed gates but I never was able to open the pedestrian door when going back to pick up my car. Instead I needed to walk down the car ramp and use those gates instead. Not fun when it was raining and the ramp was slippery.

Very warm hosts. Best location in Torbole. Very good starting point for all activities such as bike rides and hikes. You put a lot of attention to order, structure and safety. Well-closed and (video-monitored) rooms for sports equipment (bicycles, water sports, etc.) Fully recommended. We will be back :)

The flat is wonderful! Super super clean, what's important for us. There is nice cosmetic, good towels and small things inside.. Everything looks very new.. The view is amazing, the location can not be better - directly in the ver city center. Luke and Chris.. I can not describe, how great and welcoming there are.. They met us next to the garage,helped to bring all stuff to the flat.. Even were carrying it to the 4th floor.. We have got nice tips about surroundings and even surprisingly one very nice gift - full collection of brend pasta,different sorts 😅 so we equipped for the whole year now 😅 Thanks a lot, guys!

Emanuel is the most expert host, polite, accommodating and goes above and beyond. The apartment itself is premium and extremely high-end and luxe. Every single fitting & fixture is of quality craftsmanship. A real oasis to come back to after skiing and visiting the surrounding area. Sara's place was perfectly located, just nearby the Town and great for our purposes (windsurfing & using the local service providers). The apartment is in the middle of the town but however very quite.
