From there, they enjoy stunning panoramic views of the promenade, Kurhaus, and surrounding mountains. There are trendy coffees and restaurants nearby. All sights such as the promenade, the botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, the spas, etc. are in walking distance. The apartment is stylishly styled.

After a short walk (5 min) you will reach the village center with grocery stores, restaurants and a bus connection. It is only a few minutes by car from the Monticolo Lakes or Lake Caldaro. The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.
