All sights such as the promenade, the botanical gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle, the spas, etc. are in walking distance. The apartment is stylishly styled.

The state capital of Bolzano is also only 18 minutes by car. The apartment is therefore an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions.

Located not far from the city wall, you will find the house with a spacious garden and parking. Just a few meters away, you can walk through one of the three city gates and go directly to the charming medieval town, with its approximately 900 inhabitants.
