Located in the historic center of Ascona, a short walk from the lake, this elegant studio apartment is the result of a renovation that showcases stone, wood, and authentic details. On the second floor of a building with a Ticinese character, on a pedestrian street, close to the lakefront, restaurants, buses, and stores (50 meters away). Bright and cozy, it features a double bed, a relaxation area, a modern bathroom, and a tea/coffee area. Ideal for couples or solo travelers. Courtyard with fountain shared with other guests.

Beautiful secluded chalet in a hidden corner of Piedmont, on the border with Switzerland located at 1300 meters. The chalet is inside a green oasis of meadow, pasture and vegetable gardens, surrounded by a dense forest of centuries-old pine trees. Ideal for those seeking tranquility, contact with themselves and nature. The view of the 4,000 Swiss mountains is breathtaking! During the winter season, in case of snowfall, you will need to park about 500 meters from the chalet, we will gladly help you with your luggage!

Enjoy swimming the clean waters, using our SUP, kayak & water sports equipment. A 40HP boat is available for rent.

The house consists of three floors. On the lower floor there are two bedrooms, two beds in each, and one bathroom with a shower. On the middle floor there is one large bedroom with two beds. (It is possible to put an extra bed). On the top floor there is a small bedroom with one bed and and separate bathroom. Also on the middle floor there is a kitchen equipped with all necessary for cooking.
