A huge natural reserve with peaks offering panoramic views of lakes and alps can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The guesthouse's 60 m2 ground-floor apartment has an arcade covered patio and its own gardens.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a liberty style house built in the early 1900s, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the time and divided into 6 apartments for your holidays. The new and vintage-style furniture keeps the slightly retro flavor of the house intact, making each space special and unique. The opening of the entrances is with a code for an easy check-in. We have a space for the shelter of motorcycles, bicycles or other.

Just a few minutes from Lake Maggiore lies this holiday home with its breathtaking lake view. The charm of the house is made up of the terraces in the east and south-west direction, the panoramic windows and the garden with vineyard. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a living room with fireplace and a TV room ensure comfort. The house is well suited for families (with children). A car is necessary. Late check-out may be possible on site for a fee.

The house is surrounded by nature, reachable only on foot 300 meters from the parking lot, but very close to the lake and the village that offers art and culture, beautiful panoramic views, restaurants and beach. You'll love it for the tranquility and vastness of the spaces, the views towards the lake and mountains, the intimacy, the exposed ceiling, the comfort, the large lawn around. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.
