The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

We ourselves are so fond of this beautiful spot on earth that we would like to let others have a part in it and offer it for rent here. It offers you space for 6 people in three double rooms on a total of three levels as standard. Enjoy a wonderful stay in our apartment. Relax in a cozy atmosphere or work with a view of the beautiful chestnut tree. Spend great evenings cooking or relax in the bathtub with a view of the starry sky. A bedroom with a double bed (1.40m) and a sofa bed (1.40m) as well as a sofa bed (1.30m) in the living room offer the opportunity to stay overnight for up to 5 people. To get to the apartment you can easily take the elevator ☺️

Tiny house near the old town

In the courtyard of our Art Nouveau townhouse, we have prepared this small accommodation for you. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
