You can adventure all day and relax at the fire pit in the evenings or challenge some friends to a game of horseshoes !! Located just on the edge of Fruita and close to hiking, biking, and trail riding. A horse corral is available for use during your stay and plenty of trailer parking. There is also a water sports park and dirt bike /atv trails near by. Come and stay a while with some ambition to play!!

Beautiful private cabin at Palisade Basecamp RV Resort Full Bed with Twin Bunks This great layout sleeps up to four (4) people in 1 full bed and 2 twin bunks. Across from our luxury shower house with huge mirrors, granite countertops, showers and private family bathrooms. Our cabins have heat, A/C, mini fridge/freezer, microwave, WiFi, and parking for 1 passenger vehicle. Bedding and pillows are not provided. Pet-friendly - Your pets (up to 2) are welcome to join you for a small fee.

The Bookcliff Ranch Casita is on a secluded, "end of the road" 110 acre ranch a short 5 mile drive from the quaint, friendly, always active town of Fruita - a mountain biker's paradise with 100s of miles of biking & hiking trails. The Casita is close to the North Fruita Desert Trail Head's biking, hiking, horse, & OHV trails. The casita includes access to our pool. We are pet friendly with a one time $40 pet fee per stay. Trailer parking and options for horse boarding are also available.

The Farmhouse Basement Apartment is the perfect location for your home-away-from-home. A private entrance leads you to this two bedroom, one bathroom apartment that has a lot of windows and natural light. The master bedroom features a king size bed while the spare bedroom has trundle twin size beds, workspace, and a cozy leather chair. The full kitchen is well stocked with cooking staples as well as a Keurig Duo Coffee Maker, Instant Pot and Air Fryer.
