I enjoyed my stay, the apartment was charming and decorated nicely. The area was surprisingly quiet. I found the kitchen easy to be able to cook in. It had everything I needed.

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

Passing through the area and we were looking for something dog friendly. This was great value compared to hotels plus a fenced yard was nice which ultimately lead to us to book this location, hot tub worked well enough. Would recommend if you are needing to stay in the area or just passing through like us.

My stay at Ryan’s place was a great experience! The location cannot be beat - access to parks, downtown, and additional shopping was extremely easy. You can definitely experience the best of Grand Junction from this location. The space is really cute and made me feel at home. It was actually bigger than I expected! The kitchen had everything I needed, enough linens available, and the bedroom and living room were very comfortable. Check-in and check-out were easy and clear. I would highly recommend a stay here and will look to book again for future trips to Grand Junction (I just love the town and everything outdoors around it)

We stay at Airbnbs often, so when I say this property is outstanding, it really means something. This darling guest house is on a beautiful ranch with stunning views and room to wander. It's so well appointed with fun extras like a fire table (with skewers to make s'mores!), yummy flavored syrups for your morning coffee, cozy blankets and pillows, a spectacular shower (we already miss it! ) :)...and extremely responsive and friendly hosts. The unit is attached (though separate) to the main house, but still very private. The front porch adds a whole other "room". Don't hesitate to book with Jo Dee if you need a place to stay in Fruita (an adorable Western Slope town!) or you'll really miss out. Thank you!

Apartment was comfortable and quiet with lovely views over looking a park. Location was close enough to to walk or bike to downtown, which we loved. Perfect home base for exploring Paonia and the rest of the beautiful North Fork Valley.

Absolutely Exceptional — A Stay We'll Never Forget. We chose Jennifer’s Peach Chalet while traveling for my sister’s celebration of life. I was especially drawn to her listing because it mentioned a hummingbird feeder — a meaningful detail, as the hummingbird is my sister’s spirit animal. What we experienced went far beyond expectations. Jennifer left a thoughtful card and a beautiful hummingbird gift for us — a gesture so kind and unexpected, it brought us to tears. Her compassion in such a delicate moment meant the world to us. As for the chalet itself — it was flawless. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with little details like labeled light switches that made our stay effortless. The views are breathtaking, and the photos truly don’t capture how special this place is. Despite the somber reason for our trip, Jennifer’s home provided the peace and comfort we so deeply needed. It is, without question, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in.

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

We had a great stay! The home was clean and comfortable, and its location was fantastic, just a short walk to Pablo’s Pizza (our favorite) and Las Colonias Park. Accessing the Riverfront Trail for biking and running was easy and convenient. The evaporative cooling system was a bit loud, but it kept the home comfortable even with 96-degree temperatures outside, so we appreciated that. Parking along the side of the house was perfect, plenty of space for two vehicles or one with a trailer. The backyard was a nice touch, and having a shed for storing our bicycles was incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities and an ideal location!

Our stay was great! The home was very nice and had everything we needed. Having use of the garage was ideal and made for easy parking. We weren't staying very long but the downtown of Fruita looked very nice and it's walkable from the home. All in all a great stay!

This was the cutest little place for us to stay. My husband and I were traveling just for one night with her three year-old granddaughter and everyone slept amazing. The beds were so comfortable! The little cottage was decorated just perfect and minimal. The host were so friendly and super quick to respond. We only got to stay one night, but I look forward to staying another in the future for a longer visit!

One of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, if not the best. Spacious, well-appointed, thoughtful amenities, in a beautiful setting. Well worth the drive to this Colorado gem, and priced below nearby places that couldn't compare. We slept deeply, loved having coffee on the deck listening to the birds, and walked all over Paonia. Hidden gem!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy & Mitch's place in downtown Grand Junction. The home was charming and just as described, but the tree covered yard, deck and hot tub were better than advertised. There was great attention to detail in every space, including fresh flowers, handmade soaps and guest robes. The location was quiet, private and within easy walking distance to dinner and breakfast. We loved it, and will recommend it to all our friends!

The View House was a great place to stay and was about 15 minutes from our daily destination (Cameo Shooting Complex). The house was very clean and had a great view of the local landscape, we will definitely consider returning next year.

This AirBnb is a great spot for two adults. We had a good visit and were able to get around town easily. We had plenty of hot water, we were able to cook our own meals, and relax after a long day of work. The parking lot is perfect for one car and we could see it from the condo. The host was very kind and we felt at home. The bed was a plus, since it was very comfortable.

We loved staying at Geoff’s place! It was very easy to find and to get in. It was clean and had everything we needed including clothing detergent which was a plus. It is located on a busy street, but that didn’t bother us. The bed in the main bedroom is also quite firm so something to keep in mind if that’s not your thing.

We had SUCH a great stay at Kelly's place! We were visiting Grand Junction for the first time, and were so happy with our choice to stay here--we LOVED how walkable everything was. The downtown area was so cute, and fun to walk around, and we loved being able to do that just a block away from where we were staying. Kelly is super-responsive, and we SO appreciated how clean the whole unit was. I definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area. We would absolutely stay again!!

We loved our stay here! We were in the area to do road cycling and we could access the Colorado National Monument and the river trail easily from the condo. The space was comfortable and clean, and a great place to rest and recharge after biking!

Absolutely perfect stay. A short business trip, 4 nights. All of what you need - great wifi, very comfortable beds, good quality Keurig coffee (I usually HATE Keurig, but they had high quality pods which actually were good), entirely remodeled unit, very clean and cared for. The outside of the unit is incredibly unassuming and you walk into a very beautifully designed and cared for property. The road noise in some reviews is true (however the main road is over a block away and it's not loud), however as a light sleeper, I had no issues or wake events. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a very nice place to stay. We highly recommend staying at her place when visiting Grand Junction. We will use her place again when we go back to visit our daughter at Colorado Mesa.
