Great and central location! Contemporary, Modern & Cozy 1 bedroom flat with nice furniture and decoration. It's an excellent value compare to Hotels in the same area. The Hyatt Place Hotel is just across the street. My place is located by the Grand Hotel, The Gastronomic Area and Paseo Chapultepec, all within walking distance. You will enjoy a Smart TV with Netflix in the Bedroom and in the Living Room. It's great for solo, couple and business travelers. Great value for the location.

Enjoy the simplicity of this peaceful and centrally-located place, near the airport, the border crossing, (CAR. UABC, a shopping mall and a park for exercising. You can walk there. In the living room there is a water tank, and a pump so that you always have water, the tank under the coffee table and the pump in the green room, there is space to park your vehicle, but it is not private, all the neighbors park in front of the property.
