Clean and nice place. An enclosed exterior so ideal if children (and pets which is our case). 5 minute walk to the sea by a rather pleasant little path. I recommend it

Very charming and atypical accommodation as advertised, and really micro house, ideal for a night, for a stop on our bike circuit. We were able to enjoy the small courtyard well sheltered from the wind.

We had a pleasant family weekend in this beautiful house. The house is spacious and in line with the description. The services offered (swimming pool, games room, jacuzzi...) delight both young and old. Thanks to Stéphane for hosting us and for being available. Fabulous spot for our family holiday. from the deck chairs, kids toys, Nespresso machine so many little things included that made our holiday such a great one. It's right on the beach and walking distance to a boulangerie, intermarche, a train station going to Nantes and Paris and all the great restaurants in le crosic and batz súr mer. Also really enjoyed the various running routes and the kids loved the pool. It's very quite in the area I. May with beautiful sunsets. A relaxing break.

We had a great stay for a long weekend (family with 2 children). The studio is convenient to access, well-equipped, pleasantly furnished and decorated, the bedding is comfortable. A perfect stay in a beautiful, clean house, in perfect condition, allowing 3 couples to live together without being on top of each other. Immediate proximity to the sea and the beach, a balcony with sea view for breakfast, and a well-equipped place of residence that makes you feel at home. Tracy was super responsive to all our requests, it was really ideal conditions to discover the surroundings. We would recommend it in a second!

The large living-dining-kitchen overlooks a green garden with the beach at the foot of the garden. An extremely pleasant and intimate small private terrace. The rest of the land is shared but we did not meet the owners of the entire stay. The house is bright and tastefully decorated. The place is very nice in a quiet area of Piriac while being a 5-minute walk from the center. I highly recommend this home and hope to be able to come back soon Thank you for this unforgettable stay
