The house consists of a kitchen living room, a small shower room, 3 bedrooms upstairs, two with double bed and one with single bed, and a fourth bedroom in the attic with a double mattress, accessible by a ladder. A veranda with barbecue completes the whole. My children's toys are available for young tenants. Cleaning at guest cost (€45). Towels and bed-sheets not provided. 1 parking space.

Comfortable family home in Quimiac, 10 minutes' walk to Lanséria beach. The house was completely renovated in 2024. It is located in a quiet hamlet where you can hear the birds and see the squirrels passing by. It offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, two toilets, one of which is separate, a living room, a dining room with open kitchen. The enclosed garden is entirely for guests only. Only the 2nd building – a garage – is not accessible to guests.

Located at the end of a private road serving 3 houses, it is a quiet and family setting. The beach is a 3-minute walk along a tree-lined path. Ideal house for 4 to 6 people but can accommodate up to 9 guests. House in "screen-free" mode: no WiFi, no TV. 4G is enough to stay a little connected.

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
