Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

We had a great weekend with friends at Audrey's. The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Vannes. We were a 5min walk to the ramparts and restaurants. We also enjoyed the bottle of cider and the cupcakes upon arrival. Only, we recommend bringing the toiletries (shower gel, shampoo) because the products offered can only be enough for a shower.

I was very well received by Karine and my stay went perfectly. The house, spacious and well-equipped, has a beautiful garden space with a shaded table and a large floor with three beds for the youngest. A fireplace with insert in the living room also allows you to enjoy a pleasant wood fire in the evening. The region will offer many walks for nature lovers, including a large wetland accessible in a few minutes on foot from the house: classified as a nature reserve, it is home to many species of birds easily observable (herons, snipe, egrets, swans, storks for the most massive...). I even had the chance to observe the flight of a little owl at nightfall, something that has become rare enough to be highlighted: the area is particularly preserved. Finally, a very nice cafe (in Brain) and a well-stocked grocery store (in La Chapelle de Brain) are a few minutes' drive away. Thank you Karine!

Between land and sea, Jean Vincent's house is very nice, it feels good, a real cocoon with the fireplace. It is well equipped and as described. Jean Vincent is very responsive and caring in the guidelines. If you're looking for modernity , you have to go your way. If you're looking for authenticity, you'll be there! I recommend you, and in any season!

Knowing the place I am not surprised, on the other hand being welcomed by former neighbors was a very good surprise, because in addition , they are very friendly and pleasant...

We stayed with the whole family (including baby and dog) for a few days at Anne's house. We had a very good time there and felt very comfortable. The house is well located and you can walk to the beach (about 2 km) and also great jog in the area in the morning. Anne was always easily accessible and we were able to check in and out very flexibly. Everything was as shown in the pictures and very clean.

We are traveling as a couple to do the bike tour from Roscoff to Hendaye. The apartment is very well located, close to the canal. It is large with all the amenities. We had a great night. In addition, we were able to park our bikes safely. Everything was in line with our expectations and the host was very responsive and friendly.

Exceptional terrace with divine view. Charming apartment. Child room without windows but directly open in the master bedroom , which is perfect for little ones. Very quiet. Clean and clear residence. Bathroom with large shower very convenient. Small open kitchen very well equipped. Very easy maintenance. Wendy , the check-in concierge is lovely , very available;

We had a great stay, the apartment is conveniently located near the beach and shops with stunning views of the port of Pouliguen. In addition, we greatly appreciated that this accommodation is also well equipped for our baby and for cooking (which is very rare for a summer rental). We will come again!!
