Composed of: entrance, kitchen, large living room and dining area, three bedrooms, one triple, one double and one single with study, two bathrooms and a laundry area. The accommodation is located in a strategic area of the city, 200 meters from the Archaeological Museum, the port and the "Lido" train station. There are cafes, pastry shops and commercial activities of all kinds in the area.

The house is very spacious (150 square meters), there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms both with a shower, a kitchen with a living room equipped with a television, a large and bright attic in which there is a 55-inch television, and two sofa beds. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the port, the starting point for sea connections to Sicily and the Aeolian Islands. The sea and the beach are within walking distance. The apartment is suitable for singles, couples, business travelers, and families.
