Holiday rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Bologna

Alberto’s place is in a stunning location, situated on a wooded hilltop with panoramic views of the valleys surrounding it. It’s very quiet and peaceful and you’re right in amongst nature! The apartment is well equipped and was very clean. We received a very warm welcome by Alessia, Ty and Alberto upon and Alberto even had some Mortadella, homemade bread, some duck eggs and red wine waiting for us after a long journey! We felt very relaxed and comfortable using the lovely gardens and outdoor spaces with our 18 month old who had a great time exploring. We bumped into Alberto on a couple of occasions and had nice conversations with him, he also gave us some great local tips! It was a perfect get away for us, grazie Alberto 🙏🏼

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Elisas Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben. Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Zu Fuß war man in ca. 20min im Zentrum von Bologna, eine Busverbindung gab es auch fast direkt vor der Haustür. Die Gegend war schön ruhig. Elisa hat schnell geantwortet und Empfehlungen für Bologna gegeben. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt!

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova proprio sotto la loro abitazione, ma abbiamo avuto tutta la privacy di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo spazio interno è un open space, ma molto ampio, curato e accogliente: si respira da subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta per qualche giorno di tranquillità. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che il bagno non si trova all’interno dell’appartamento, ma in una zona comune adiacente. Tuttavia, è comunque riservato agli ospiti ed è facilmente accessibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con host davvero premurosi!

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Giulia e la sua mamma sono due persone splendide. Ci hanno accolto fin dal primo momento con cordialità ed estrema disponibilità presentandoci un alloggio spazioso, pulito e comodo sotto tutti gli aspetti. Hanno accolto con amore anche la nostra cagnolona che ci accompagna sempre, e questa cosa è apprezzabilissima in quanto purtroppo non tutti gli host sono disponibili a fare. Esperienza più che positiva per cui il nostro ritorno da loro è scontato.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. Wir haben uns hier wohl gefühlt und fanden die Lage ideal wegen der Möglichkeit, schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus in die Stadt oder zum Bahnhof zu kommen. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert.

Appartamento facilmente raggiungibile in macchina dalla fiera. Contesto condominiale nuovo e ordinato. La casa è provvista di ogni comfort e molto molto pulita. Host super reattivo e disponibile, grazie Giorgio.

Ik had deze locatie geboekt om 1,5 week geconcentreerd te kunnen werken. Het huis van Ramses boven op de berg gaf me veel inspiratie. Het was van echt álles voorzien, meer denk ik dan waar Ramses mee adverteert. Het ontbrak mij dus aan helemaal niets en ik voelde me er geweldig! Ramses was ook héél behulpzaam als ik vragen had. Dank Ramses dat je mijn werkvakantie tot een succes maakte!

Negli últimi due anni per visite varie di mia madre siamo stati a Bologna svariate volte,ospiti di Giovanni almeno 4 volte. Una persona magnífica ed educatissimo,super disponibile per qualsiasi info e molto disponibile a essere d aiuto se é possibile. Mia mamma non riesce a star tanto fuori casa per problemi di salute e abbiamo chiesto se era possibile anticipare il check in, há ripulito imediatamente la câmera e ci ha accolto prima di quanto pensassimo. Appartamento super attrezzato,brioche,caffe,acqua e di tutto e di piu,lenzuola profumatissime e materassi super comodi. Insomma super super super consigliato! Giovanni sei un grande. Grazie ancora per tutto.

Was für ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Laura! Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche ältere Dame, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer in ihrer Wohnung war gemütlich, und obwohl das Badezimmer geteilt wurde, war es immer makellos sauber. Die Aussicht von ihrem auf einem Hügel gelegenen Haus ist einfach atemberaubend – wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen! Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Laura verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit köstlichen, hausgemachten Marmeladen und frischem Kaffee. So startet man perfekt in den Tag! Auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft war super praktisch. Wir können Lauras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

Piero was very nice. Room was good, private WC very clean. Location is as good as it gets, 5min walk from Piazza maggiore, yet the room is very quiet at night. Totally recomended.

I had a truly wonderful stay. Your daughter's dinner was especially amazing! The dog is adorable too — I’m very satisfied and would love to stay again in the future.

Paolo and Roberto greeted us in person when we arrived. They remained contactable throughout our stay. We experienced 2 issues and they were quick to assist. ALDI is nearby, which is a great supermart option. The main attractions are within 20min walk, which isn't a problem for us because it gives us a chance to see other things along the way. The house itself is also a great place to kick back. There's a full kitchen so while we didn't cook beyond boiling water and using the toaster, the option is there. There was also water, some snacks - a great start if you've just come in from a long trip. Toilet is great; towels and linen all there. A full working house really. And such pleasant hosts.

Stedet til Giulia var noe for seg selv, og utrolig kult! Veldig deilig å ha separat bad. Leiligheten var i gangavstand til det meste. Giulia svarte kjapt, og sendte lokale anbefalinger. Ville bodd her igjen.

Our stay at Ilaria's apartment was really nice – there was everything you need, from a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom and a nice breakfast in the morning. We had a good time and we were super thankful for the easy and friendly communication and for Ilaris' help and support with getting a taxi to the airport at the end of our stay.

La casa era perfetta per la mia famiglia, calda e accogliente, ogni stanza con il suo bagno e la cucina tutta a nostra disposizione, abbiamo avuto una bellissima vacanza! Situazione logistica perfetta, giusta distanza con il centro. Parcheggio per la macchina molto vicino. Grazie
