Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Metropolitan City of Bologna

The three of us spent an extended weekend here. Absolutely perfect location. The apartment is located in the city center, 2 minutes from Piazza Maggiore. We have received very good recommendations, especially the ice cream at the Cremeria Santo Stefano tasted particularly good. Upon arrival, we were greeted, even received a bottle of water as a gift. We felt comfortable right away, as everything was clean and well maintained. It even had a small supply of coffee. We can only recommend it.

Franca and Mario met us upon our arrival. They were flexible enough to allow us early check in. Moreover, they made it a point to recommend to us places to visit and places for food. The Abnb is just across the Bologna Station yet there is no noice due to the station‘s design. Last but not least, there is nothing ‘Tiny’ about the Abnb as it’s spacious and full of amenities.

Great small flat in a quiet location, the only sound in the morning was birdsong. Near the university so plenty of lively eating places nearby. Also walkable to the city centre. A great location for wandering and exploring beautiful Bologna

Great apartment, super central and lovely interiors. Walkable to everything and in the thick of it but felt very secure and quiet at night. Sara&Gabriele were very responsive and let us leave our luggage early and late as we were only there one night - also gave local recos. Thank you!

A very well-equipped, clean, modern and well-located duplex (1 min walk from bus stop) if you visit Bologna by car (parking included on site). Very friendly and responsive host. Great stay!

We thank Gaia for her kindness and helpfulness. The place was practical and comfortable, clean and had everything you need. We have been given 2 sets of keys so that we can be autonomous when traveling. The area is very quiet both day and night, within walking distance of the center and had all the amenities nearby.

We felt at home right away! With me and my aunt, there was also my one-and-a-half-year-old child, and the spaces were safe and clean, welcoming. Everything was perfect, the stay, the various rooms, the location, just everything! I will definitely ask for availability in case we have to go to Bologna again. The host was kind and friendly, we communicated easily and she was always there when I needed help. The apartment had everything you needed, it was like being at home. There were also verandas, we could lie down on one side and relax in the chairs of the other veranda. Easy access with the stroller both in the ramp and with the elevator. In short, we really enjoyed everything! It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful 3-night stay! We'll be back! Sara, Valentina and Leonardo 💙💜🩵

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Gorgeous modern space in a great location just a short walk to many sights in the historic city center. The apartment is beautifully appointed. The name of the apartment is Silence House, but we did hear quite a bit of street noise at night. That may have been bad timing as there was a festival in the city center that weekend. We had a rental car but the garage wasn’t available for use - if you need the garage, check with the host beforehand. The host got us a ZTL pass to park nearby, but the timing was bad with the festival and I had to drive around for close to an hour to find a parking spot. The hosts were always very quick to respond to any messages. They proactively checked in with us to see how things were going during our stay. If you want to stay in the city center, this is your modern home away from home.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Italy From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. This charming Airbnb, nestled in the heart of Italy, felt like a home away from home. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and full of thoughtful touches that showed how much care had gone into every detail. What truly made our stay unforgettable, however, was our wonderful hostess Frederica. She was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Her hospitality made us feel like more than just guests more we felt like part of the family. We can’t recommend this place enough it’s a little slice of Italian paradise, and we can’t wait to return.

The place is very nice as well as the apartment. Super quality/price. If I really have to say a small negative note, it's that if there was the possibility of a small table and two chairs outside, it would have been the best. Still great!

I was blown away when I entered Simona’s place: it is enormous (far bigger than you would have thought from the pictures only), in an excellent location, very comfortable and has everything you could ask for. Everything was perfect, from the beds to how good the place smelled! Simona was also a great host, very responsive, had very good suggestions and provided lots of amenities, even some snacks and drinks. If I am ever back in Modena I would most definitely choose to stay here again.

Waking up in the morning in complete relaxation, away from the daily chaos, immersed in nature was an indescribable experience!The accommodation is comfortable and equipped with all the comforts! Antonella and her husband are exceptional, friendly, caring people with a great sense of hospitality! Antonella delighted us every morning with her breakfast, all home made! What can I say... I highly recommend this accommodation!

We spent a fantastic weekend in Flor's apartment. The accommodation is in a very good location (the city center can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes and you can park for free on the street). The air conditioning made an important contribution to our quality of stay when the outside temperature was over 30°C. For our son, the historic elevator was the highlight. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was very clean and functional. We would definitely recommend Flor's accommodation.

What a wonderful place to stay, right in central Bologna near the train station and at the same time pristine and peaceful. Very well soundproofed and quiet, and very clean, well-maintained and secure. Two beautiful rooms and a comfortable living room and functional kitchen. Spotless bathroom and handy washer and dryer. The host is very friendly and responsive, providing clear advice, recommendations and instructions. Bigger and more livable than a hotel room at a better price, with many restaurants and stores within an easy walk. Our first choice for a return to Bologna. We would love to stay here again!

Very nice, spacious apartment, very well equipped and well located for city explorations. Best ice cream shop in town just a few minutes away. And the highlight is the balcony, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning sun.

Perfect accommodation to visit Bologna by car. Once parked, the center with all the sights can be perfectly reached on foot. Another great plus: the apartment has a very well-functioning air conditioning - in summer as now at 35 or more degrees indispensable.
