Lovely apartment in downtown Imola. For free parking we had to walk a bit. With lots of bars and restaurants nearby.

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

Spacious, well arranged and well-equipped apartment. Quiet environment and close to shops, Modena, Maranello etc .... very quickly accessible. Cristian is super responsive and very welcoming

flat has a good/ central location

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

Fantastic AirBnB, very spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. Spacious bedrooms, kitchen with all amenities and stuff to make a simple pasta meal. In good weather, you can sit outside on the terrace in the available (sun)chairs. With Isabella's instructions, it was easy to find. It looks like a small castle with beautiful views over the river and mountains. Parking at the door and a small restaurant within walking distance. By car 5 minutes to the village with supermarket and other restaurants, bars and gelateria. However, drive to Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60min) and Imola (30min). However, the roads are quiet and beautiful over mountains and passes. The region was new to me, but I'm particularly pleasantly surprised.

We really enjoyed our stay at Alberto's house. The park is beautiful and the house very comfortable and well-equipped. Alberto is charming and always attentive to make sure our stays go smoothly. The house is close to Bologna and around the house there are beautiful walks.

We had the best time! The pool was fabulous. And the pasta night was so much fun!

I have a large dog and it is always difficult to find suitable situations or that they accept it, so for me it was a remarkable oneplus, the house has a large fenced and private garden with shaded areas and not, Vania is a very kind and handy person, present if necessary, the road to get there is simple and parking is very convenient. that said, it's fine. In my opinion, it's a sweet place. You can rest easy if that's what you're looking for.

Perfect stay, top accommodation, I stayed for the Vasco concert and in 10 minutes on foot I reached the stadium, with the means (very close stops) you can reach the center of Bologna in a flash

Wow, what a lovely place to stay. We loved our stay in the apartment, which had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was perfect for 2 couples like us, and there was extra sleeping options for another 2 people. Absolutely perfect, beautifully clean, great location and we felt very safe with the secure entry and easy walking distance from the train station. Highly recommend to others.

A great stay for a family. Within easy walking distance to the city centre and transport. Very comfortable family home, parking is great. Have to pay extra to use the aircon but overall great bathrooms and very clean stay. Eda is super responsive and lovely! Thanks again, recommend.

Very cozy and well-finished attic apartment. The location is great, convenient to easily reach the main attractions of the area. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly for the duration of the stay, which is not taken for granted and much appreciated. Communication with Stefania was excellent: always kind, helpful and quick to respond. We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. Perfect accommodation, exactly what we were looking for- very quiet and the patio garden is a delight.

Francesco’s place was just as the pictures represented. A great modern shower and bathroom , small efficient kitchen . Comfy bed , Gorgeous courtyard to enjoy coffee or a wine .. central to everything but in a quiet side street behind the towers … Filippo was so helpful and responded to text messages immediately .. we didn’t have a toaster in the apartment and Filippo was happy to buy one for us and deliver .. We would absolutely recommend Francesco’s place as a perfect stay in Bologna .

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.
