Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Metropolitan City of Bologna

We stayed in this apartment for a long weekend with a group of friends and our little dog and we had a great time. The house is spacious, surrounded by a large garden and located in an extremely quiet area, just 7 minutes from the lake. It also has a pool table, ideal for having fun together during your stay. Federico is a very kind and always available host. Two calm and affectionate dogs also live on the property, making the atmosphere even more welcoming.

Everything was exactly as described, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay.

Really everything was great, too bad for the indoor place that was not suitable for a minivan and we found out a little late... but it was all worth it, a beautiful experience

I would recommend to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in Bologna in a good location. The owner is very responsive, friendly and the instructions to get into the apartment were very clear.

We stayed at Antonio's place for a week and couldn't fault it. It was newly refurbished so was basically brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. It is ideally placed being only 5 mins from the train station and 15 mins walk to the city centre. Antonio was friendly and great at communicating. We loved our time in Bologna and if we return, Antonio's apartment would be our first choice.

great solution for those who do not want a place to stay in the center of Bologna but prefer something quieter. apartment very close to the train station so every move is very easy

The apartment is a real marvel, it feels like home. Minute of anything, including washing machine and dryer, in addition to the dishwasher. Very clean, nothing was missing, new and super-equipped bathroom. Parking is easily located below the house. Very quiet area. The supermarket, in a large shopping center, is a minute away by car. We have been with our children and I recommend it. The highlight is the Home cinema. We watched the game

Valentina’s apartment is the ideal airbnb, someone’s well kept home that they share with guests. It’s spacious, nicely decorated, and well appointed. It suited two adults and one baby very well, with a crib & baby chair provided. Communication throughout was prompt and accurate. A friend of Valentina’s welcomed us to Modena, assisted with parking, provided instructions to the appliances and was available for any questions. Modena is lovely and very manageable on foot, and this is an excellent/central location to explore the entire city from. Highly recommend, we hope to return one day.

Very spacious place with a fully equipped kitchen. The location was great, right next to the train station, and walking distance to every place we wanted to go. Anto is a helpful and responsive host.

Giuseppe’s place was the best place we stayed on our Italy trip! The place is filled with little details to help you feel a little more at home while traveling. This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The apartment is an absolute gem in Bologna. Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset from the terrace was magical. The views are simply breathtaking. The whole place is perfectly set up, with cool features like a retro shower and a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra special. It was more than just a place to sleep, it was a whole vibe! While the check-in process was a bit tricky with the app and codes, Vittorio was an incredible host. He was super responsive, proactive, and friendly, helping us sort everything out right away. We really appreciated his amazing communication. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a unique and beautiful spot in Bologna, this is it!
