Heerlijk appartement in het centrum van Imola. Voor gratis parkeren moesten we een stukje lopen. Met veel barretjes en restaurants in de buurt.

Look, this home was absolutely amazing - but by far the location is not beatable. It sits on the hilltop above the old city - which is easy to access and very walkable. It’s so quiet that you forget you’re even in a city. Hosts were amazing! So many great recommendations - including a garden eatery that you can have drinks in adjacent to the larger garden. This home was absolutely amazing.

Appartement spacieux, bien agencé et bien équipé. Environnement calme et à proximité de commerces, Modène, Maranello etc .... tres vite accessibles. Cristian est hyper réactif et très accueillant

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo appartamento, devo dire ottima esperienza. La casa pulitissima, attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve. Posizione tranquilla. Host semore reattivo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Consiglio!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Federica per 2 giorni e abbiamo trovato i proprietari molto disponibili, l’abitazione è confortevole, pulita, il posto auto agevole e la posizione dell’edificio è molto comoda, la cosa che abbiamo preferito, ovviamente, sono i corredi Ferrari! Assolutamente consigliato.

flat has a good/ central location

This apartment is lovingly designed, with every detail thought through for a comfortable stay. The building is clean, and it’s located in a quiet, green neighborhood - away from the busy tourist areas but easy to reach by bus or on foot. The host is very attentive and quick to respond, making sure you have everything for a pleasant stay. Also, there are three grocery stores nearby, which is very convenient. I highly recommend this cozy and peaceful place for anyone visiting Bologna!

Fantastische AirBnB, zeer ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers, keuken met alle voorzieningen en spullen om een eenvoudige pasta maaltijd te maken. Bij goed weer kun je buiten op het terras zitten in de beschikbare (zonne)stoelen. Met de instructies van Isabella was het eenvoudig te vinden. Het lijkt wel een klein kasteel met mooi uitzicht over het riviertje en bergen. Parkeren voor de deur en op loopafstand een klein restaurant. Met de auto 5 minuten naar dorpje met supermarkt en andere restaurants, bars en gelateria. Wel even rijden naar Firenze (90min), Ravenna (75min), Bologna (60 min) en Imola (30min). Echter de wegen zijn rustig en mooi over bergen en passen. De streek was nieuw voor mij, maar ben bijzonder prettig verrast.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjours dans la maison de Alberto. Le parc est magnifique et la maison très confortable et bien équipé. Alberto est charmant et toujours attentif pour que notre séjours se déroule bien. La maison est proche de Bologne et autour de la maison il y a des balades à pieds magnifique.

Wir waren 11 Ladys und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Der Garten und der Pool sind ein Traum, besonders schön ist, dass man wirklich für sich ist. Bei Fragen ist Miriam sofort erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Tonic, die Katze ist bezaubernd und äußerst umgänglich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Vielen lieben Dank

Ho un cane di grosse dimensioni ed è sempre complicato trovare situazioni adatte o che la accettino,quindiper me è statounplus notevole, la casa ha un ampio giardino recintato e privato con zone d'ombra e non, Vania è una persona molto gentile ed alla mano, presente se necessario, la strada per arrivarci è semplice ed il parcheggio molto comodo. detto ciò, ci si trova bene. a mio parere è un posto dolce si può stare tranquilli se è ciò che si cerca.

Emanuela è davvero gentilissima e la casa uno spettacolo! Le stanze sono molto spaziose, ogni angolo è pulito e ben curato. E i giardini sono la chicca perfetta! Davvero consigliatissimo, vicino sia al centro che a Bologna Fiere

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Traumhaft schönes Landhaus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Großer Pool. Sehr gepflegte Gartenanlage mit hüfthohen, duftenden Rosmarinstauden. Innen geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Freundliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Einziger Nachteil: viele Stechmücken.

Soggiorno perfetto, alloggio top , ho alloggiato per il concerto di Vasco e in 10 minuti a piedi ho raggiunto lo stadio, con i mezzi( fermate vicinissime ) si raggiunge il centro di Bologna in un lampo

Wow, what a lovely place to stay. We loved our stay in the apartment, which had absolutely everything we could have wanted. It was perfect for 2 couples like us, and there was extra sleeping options for another 2 people. Absolutely perfect, beautifully clean, great location and we felt very safe with the secure entry and easy walking distance from the train station. Highly recommend to others.

A great stay for a family. Within easy walking distance to the city centre and transport. Very comfortable family home, parking is great. Have to pay extra to use the aircon but overall great bathrooms and very clean stay. Eda is super responsive and lovely! Thanks again, recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment just a 10-minute walk from the Bologna train station. The space was even bigger than we expected—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with the bonus of two bathrooms, which was perfect for our group. Having an elevator was especially helpful since I was traveling with my senior parents. Maria was an exceptional host. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, meeting us early so we could store our bags and get started exploring the city without hassle. She took the time to go over everything we needed to know about Bologna and shared great recommendations that made our visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Bologna. Thank you, Maria, for your kindness and hospitality!

La mansarda è quasi poetica, mi sono subito affezionata e sentita a casa. In pieno centro ma leggermente distante dai locali quindi non rumorosa. Arredo moderno ma dal gusto senza tempo, dimensioni giuste per una persona o una coppia, il terrazzino è stupendo, ci si ritrova proprio sui tetti di Modena. Il bagno è piccolino ma funzionale, la lavatrice è comoda e la cucina attrezzata. Certo va considerato che è al 5 piano senza ascensore ma si sa che ciò che è bello non è facile da raggiungere... Proprietari disponibili, presenti quando ho avuto bisogno, educati e gentili. Spero di poterla ancora abitare se dovessi tornare a Modena.

Very convenient to all attractions and restaurants

Francesco was a wonderful host and very friendly . His apartment was comfortable and we found ourselves feeling at home . I recommend it if you want to be a bit outside the center but still close.
