Io e la mia famiglia siamo stati benissimo nell'alloggio di Guido. È un piccolo paradiso in Toscana. Sarete immersi nella natura e in totale relax. Consigliatissimo!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in easy. Great location—close to everything we needed, but still quiet at night. No air conditioning but the ceiling fan and windows open did the trick. Very safe and family feel. They do not speak English but it didn't cause any problems.

This house fully lives up to the photos and it is an amazing place with a wonderful pool in a perfect location not too far from Florence. We stayed with 6 people and enjoyed every bit of it. We felt very welcome and everything went very smooth our whole stay! Would love to go back :)

Een onvergetelijke ervaring bij Agriturismo Casavecchia – het hart van Toscane! Als je op zoek bent naar het échte Toscaanse gevoel, dan is Agriturismo Casavecchia een absolute parel. Gelegen in een adembenemend mooie omgeving, omringd door glooiende heuvels, cipressen en wijngaarden, voelt het alsof je in een ansichtkaart bent beland. Wat deze plek echt bijzonder maakt, zijn de mensen. De gastvrijheid is hartverwarmend – oprechte vriendelijkheid, alsof je bij familie logeert. Je voelt je hier meteen welkom en op je gemak. Maar het absolute hoogtepunt? Het restaurant. Elke avond is een culinaire belevenis. Authentieke Toscaanse gerechten, bereid met verse ingrediënten uit de streek en met liefde klaargemaakt. De smaken zijn puur en intens, en elke maaltijd is een feest. Of je nu geniet van een traditionele pasta, een gegrild stuk vlees of een lokale wijn – alles klopt. Alt i alt, et dejligt ophold der levede op til vores forventninger. Stor og lækker pool, som særligt børnene spenderede mange timer i. Lejligheden ligger er det perfekte sted, hvis man som vi, godt kan lide dagsudflugter til byer som San Gimignano, Siena, Firenze og Chianti-distriktet som helhed

I wish we could’ve stayed here longer! This was the perfect, cozy, peaceful stay. Daniela and her family were so kind, they made us feel right at home. The grounds were so beautiful, and just a short walk up the hill, through the vineyard, and you get an incredible view. Within a 15 minute drive, there are some great restaurants and vineyards to check out. This was truly a perfect stay for us, we loved everything about it.

Do yourself a favour and stay here! Villa Avenella is a beautiful secluded venue close to Certaldo and 20 minutes from San Gemignano. we stayed three weeks here. Certaldo Train station has free parking which makes it an easy train commute to Firenze, Sienna etc. The swimming pool is huge! Francesca and Giada are wonderful. nothing was a bother and check in was exceptional. We will definitely return next year!

Wow! Incredible place and the host was amazing. We really appreciated Francesca waiting up very late for our check in. Very kind and warm person. We wished we could have stayed longer, the house is perfect!!! Thank you Francesca!

Patrizia’s place was the highlight of our Italy trip! She was beyond sweet and communicative. Always checking in and providing plenty of local recommendations to check out! The place was even better than described and the view cannot be beat! Patrizia’s taste in decor and aesthetic was unmatched. You will definitely need to rent a car but is nice and close to Florence. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

Magnifique maison en Toscane. Propre, confortable. Piscine super agréable, grande, les enfants et les parents ont adoré. Nous recommandons totalement ce logement, c'est un bijou !

Highly Recommend. Bianca and her husband (and spaniel dog called pearla) were Excellent Hosts and the House was situated in the best area in Tuscany, 20 min away from the centre of Florence, yet embedded in a picturesque panoramic view. Bianca also was very helpful with local guides, trips to the town and city centre; very friendly and warm host. The surroundings and nature was amazing, you will be able to see deers, rabbits, horses, wild pigs and more. The house itself is beautiful and Bianca has 4 amazing unique suits to choose from. We were also lucky to use the pool that looks over the fields. Definitely will return.

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, sehr weitläufig und mit vielen Möglichkeiten. Wunderbar gepflegt und ein sehr netter Hausmanager, der nicht weit entfernt wohnt. Im Inserat wurde nicht erwähnt, dass Strom und Gas extra kosten, allerdings erhält man direkt nach der Buchung eine Nachricht mit dieser Info. Alles in Allem hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Wir haben uns von Beginn an wohl gefühlt. Angefangen von den schriftlichen Kontakten bis hin über das „Abholen“ an der Strasse, damit wir uns sofort zurecht finden. Die Begrüßung und das Ankommen waren bereits Erholung. Maria die gute Seele vor Ort, hat alles mit so viel Liebe eingerichtet. Ein toller Obstkorb, etwas italienisches zum Naschen, eigen hergestelltes Olivenöl, Prosecco, Brot, Marmelade, Milch, Kaffeekapseln. Begeistert hat uns auch die Sauberkeit und Liebe zum Detail. In den Fenstern Fliegengitter machen einem das Leben wirklich leichter. Wir können nur sagen, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Kurzer Spaziergang zur nächstgelegenen Pizzeria mit lecker Pizza, ein Eiscafé, der Bahnhof ca. 20 min. zu Fuß entfernt. Tolle typisch italienische Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Vielen Dank für die tollen Tage.

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft verbracht. Das Anwesen liegt auf einem Hügel in der direkten Umgebung von Vinci, einer sehr hübschen kleinen Stadt, in der man viel über Leonardo da Vinci lernen kann, der dort geboren wurde und seine Kindheit verbracht hat. Die berühmten toskanische Städt sind alle mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Region lädt zum Wandern ein. Aber am liebsten waren wir einfach "zu Hause" und haben die Unterkunft, die Lage mitten in den Olivenhainen, den Blick in die Toskana und den Pool genossen. Giulia war eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar und für alles ansprechbar war. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön hergerichtet, die Außenanlagen sind wunderbar und großzügig angelegt. Der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist groß und sauber und in herrlicher Lage. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Arrêtez vos recherches et réserver cet endroit de rêve! Localisation idéale, typiquement italien, décoré avec grand soin et d’une propreté incroyable. Les espaces extérieurs et les aménagement de plantes et de fleurs étaient incroyables. Nous avons même écourté nos activités dans la région pour revenir profiter de ce lieu enchanteur. Les hôtes ont travaillé très fort pour aménager cet endroit et cela paraît en tout point.

Beautiful, spacious villa in an excellent location. The pool was a nice perk! Was also nice having a half-bathroom on the first floor. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and pots/pans, but you'll have to bring your own olive oil and other food staples if you want to cook. The main bathroom was lovely and the step-in shower was great -- just be careful in the bathtub, it's slippery!

As soon as you get out of the car we smelled jasmine. The grounds are so well attended to. Beautiful roses, rosemary bushes everywhere! The pool is much larger than the pictures appear. The views are incredible!! It was the perfect place for us and our adult children with significant others. Our daughters boyfriends family joined us from Great Britain and our other daughter got engaged during our vacation in the backyard of the villa at twighlight. We will never forget this place and the very many memories that it provided. The villa was so comfortable with all the amenities. We were cooking outside and relaxing by the pool daily. Giulia provided a special wine tasting recommendation day of arrival and we also enjoyed our favorite wine tasting right down the road at Corbucci. Do not miss this whatever you do!! Many wonderful days exploring Chianti country also Florence and Sienna close by. Thanks for the BEST holiday ❤️🍷❤️ thank you for making us so comfortable !!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

We had a magical week here! David was a fantastic host—friendly, helpful, quick to respond, and very accommodating with our late night arrival. The villa is rustic, homely, full of character, and even better than the photos. We truly felt like we were living the Tuscan dream, surrounded by cypress trees, grapevines, and breathtaking views. Our group of 8 had plenty of space, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We loved the pool, table tennis, darts, and volleyball net. A car is essential due to the remote location, but this didn’t bother us as we enjoyed a mix of relaxing and exploring. Volterra is 10–15 mins away and a must visit—beautiful, safe, and chilled. One of the unexpected highlights of the week was spotting fireflies at night around the bushes —truly magical. Day trips to Florence, Lucca, and San Gimignano were amazing, and the pasta making class at Diacceroni was a highlight—great food, wine, and views. Overall, would absolutely recommend and can’t wait to return!
