Condo holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Florence

This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in! Host was helpful and provided some great recommendations that we ended up going to and enjoying! Location is 10/10 and the place is exactly as described - feels luxurious and also has amenities just if you were home.

The apartment was as described, it was comfortable, clean and has lovely views. Check-in was easy, the team were in touch in the run up to our stay and so everything was very easy. They were really helpful, responsive and very friendly. The location is amazing. It's central and so it's a brilliant base to explore the city from. You have markets, restaurants, shops, and historic buildings and tourist spots all around you. Being so central does mean noise from people, live music, traffic and the bells! That's just a fact of the location but we found it added to the experience- it's not a criticism, just something to consider. We had such an amazing time and loved our time in the apartment and would happily stay there again. Recommended.

We had such a lovely stay at Casa Arturo! Andrea was such a welcoming host - he met us at the entrance and helped carry our huge suitcase, showed us in and around the apartment and went out of his way to help us both during (and after!) our stay. The apartment itself was a lovely haven from the busyness of the centre and the surrounding neighbourhood has a nice feel to it. We would 100% recommend this place to anyone and everyone wishing to stay in Florence!

We loved our stay in this beautiful spotless apartment in Florence. It was exactly as described and in a great location that is so convenient for walking everywhere. It was well stocked with everything we needed. And had a comfy bed. We also loved the restaurant recommendations that were provided. We would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

One of the best stays we've ever had! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Florence, with a grand entrance, automated check-in, and even an elevator (a rarity in historic buildings). The apartment strikes the perfect balance between home and hotel: super comfortable beds, great AC, beautiful views, and thoughtful touches like a microwave, coffee machine, chilled water, and high-quality toiletries. What truly made our stay unforgettable was Matteo and his incredible team. They were always responsive, kind, and full of amazing local recommendations—including the best Florentine steak spots! When our baby wasn’t feeling well, Matteo went above and beyond—personally bringing us saline and a nasal kit at midnight. That care meant the world to us. Warm, genuine, and professional hosting. We’ll absolutely be back!

After telling us the arrival time of the train station, we walked towards the accommodation, and Alfonso and Francesca greeted us very warmly as we pulled our luggage. One thing that's unfortunate is that there's no elevator, so you have to go up the stairs. Italy in June was so hot that I was exhausted, but Alfonso and Francesca lifted my luggage, and I felt like I had met my savior. The accommodation is also very tidy and equipped with everything, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and detergent. After a tiring trip, I feel like I'm at home. I contacted a painting fraud expert in Florence, and they quickly told me how to deal with it. There was welcome juice and water, and there were snacks. It's a shame I could only stay for 3 days.

The house is spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. The sound and thermal insulation is excellent. Even at the height of the Italian summer heat, the house was very cool and comfortable. The neighborhood is great, with bars, restaurants and a supermarket just a few steps away. Tourist attractions are easily accessible, just a 15 to 20 minute walk away. Sara was incredibly kind and attentive, always willing to ensure that I had an amazing experience. Check-in was very simple and the location was easy to find. In the house, you will find several guidelines and tips for guests, which is very useful. I highly recommend it! An amazing experience!

Barbara’s place was the perfect spot for our time in Florence. A short walk from the train station and all the attractions were walkable from here. It was clean, tidy and had everything we could need and more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lucia's apartment is fabulous, spacious, and tastefully furnished. It is very clean and equipped with all comforts. Excellent location Lucia is a kind, helpful and attentive host to her guests.

We had a lovely stay in this great apartment. Daniela met us and was so flexible in communications. The apartment was exactly as described and in a quieter part of town but within walking distance of everything that Florence has to offer. Very close by are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants - many of which we enjoyed visiting. The bed was really comfortable and it was a bonus to have the washing machine and outside clothes line to dry things off - with added lovely jasmine scent from the beautiful bushes below.

Aida’s home was bright and inviting. From the initial check in, Aida and her boyfriend were accommodating and helpful, and always very responsive. Even when we had a few hiccups during our stay, they were flexible and went out of the way to help us. Additionally, the apartment is in a wonderful location- situated amongst many restaurants and sites. I would 100% stay again and recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

We enjoyed the stay at Claudio’s place , the apartment is conveniently located . Claudio was waiting for us at the apartment to greet us and to shows the functionality of all amenities , we found the apartment nicely decorated and squeakily clean . We highly recommend this place for a family of 3 or 4 traveling to Florence . We will be back .

We were immediately enchanted by this property. Everything here makes up the image that one can have of the beautiful Tuscan countryside. At the top of the hill overlooking the valley, the view is splendid and romantic. The property has been renovated with today's comforts while retaining its soul of yesteryear. You feel good right away, the energy is beneficial, nature, animals, everything is in harmony! The welcome, Oscar's cooking, the superb pool, the shaded terrace, the hearty homemade breakfasts! It's more than a favorite, this place is a gem! We'll be back!

Lovely stay in this rural location. Comfortable, scenic, friendly hosts! Nice pool!! Clean and everything we needed! Massimo made us feel as comfortable as possible down to the details!! We loved Iris the dog too (and we think she loved us!) Recommend the meal which helped make my wife’s birthday very special.

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Benedetta is an amazing and gracious host, the property was easy to locate and the room was beautiful, absolutely amazing Tuscan style with beautiful views and a private pool. She also recommended us a restaurant for dinner and that was one of the beat meals we had in Italy! 100% recommend

Anna was a fantastic host, who treated us with the upmost respect and kindness. While her place is a bit difficult to find at first, once you're there, you're in one of the most beautiful scenes we've seen during our time in Italy. Also, it was close enough that we were still early able to travel into Florence each day we were there. Anna was so nice in providing us with breakfast each morning, which included apricot jam from her fruit trees and homemade bread. We would recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet place to stay outside of the busy city.

We absolutely loved our stay and it exceeded our expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the food was delicious and the apartment was a great size with all the amenities we needed. It was family friendly and our children loved the pool. It’s a beautiful location and very relaxing. We would love to come again. Thank you for making our holiday so lovely.

We liked the place very much. Stefano was very helpful. Our children had a lot of fun at the pool and the playground. Unfortunately we had problems with the internet. So if someone needs a reliable and fast internet connection, you should check with the host in advance to see if the problems have been fixed. Otherwise, everything was really perfect.

Rafaella's place was nothing short of amazing! We had such a great time her place had everything you could need and more. She and her husband were super responsive. My only wish is that I wish it was warmer so that we could have enjoyed their beautiful outdoor space more. They even gave our girls sweet easter eggs. Thanks for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Marcello’s place felt serene and relaxing and our time here was just delightful. We absolutely loved the lemon garden we had all to ourselves, the grounds of the property are picturesque with a joyful companion of Tommy, Alina and Pistacchio. All is beautifully maintained and the apartment is elegant and cosy. We did appreciate proper mosquito nets, stable and fast internet for working, a proper dedicated workspace, sparkling clean apartment, great kitchen equipment, a garden table with a parasol offering plenty of shade, sun loungers by the swimming pool and a that the pool was kept very clean for us to be able to refresh in it during the hot days. Marcello is so friendly, warm and communicative. He spoilt us with his kind generosity and hospitality that you understand immediately why he is a super host, he really cares about his guests. Thank you so much dear Marcello for making our stay so enjoyable. We hope to be back one day.
