Apartment holiday rentals in Metropolitan City of Genoa

Very cosy, small flat. Equipped with everything you need, from towels to kitchen appliances and washing machine. For 3 people it is great, for 4 it could be a stretch. The hosting Team is marvelous. They were absolutely flexible with all our requests (we have arrived very late and left relatively late). However they have accommodated all our requests. It is quite an exercise to reach the flat, the steepest stairs i have seen. But the view and the very cosy and neat environment was worth that all. The beach is 1 minute walk. many restaurants with a lot of seafood varieties. It was a great long weekend we had spent there

I stayed in this apartment for two days and I can only highly recommend it. The cleanliness was impeccable – every corner of the house was cared for in the smallest details, something increasingly rare to find. The furniture has been chosen with great taste: modern, functional and welcoming, able to make you feel immediately at home. The location is convenient for exploring the city and its surroundings, and check-in was simple and punctual. A really pleasant stay in every respect. I'd love to go back!

Nice little apartment that appears to be newly renovated. Clean and well furnished. Small nice balcony, however, it is a little sad with the neighbor's view. But it works fine. The host is extremely helpful and responds asap to all inquiries. Can only be recommended to other guests who want to stay in a nice neighborhood in the center. Elevator to 3rd floor is fine. It is quiet in the evening in the property.

Giulio was a an outstanding host that greeted us at the residence. He meet us earlier than the check in time and showed us all the amenities and gave great instructions on how everything worked. Great location close to the port,train station and close enough to go out for dinner. There is a wonderful grocery store right next door with great produce and everything else that you could need. Picked this apartment to stay because it looked like it had a very convenient location. For me it turned out to be a great location and a very comfortable place! Just as per the photos, with nice views from every room! Lots of light and air. Very good internet. There are nearby supermarkets, restaurants, and all kind of shops. Chiara and her husband were very responsive and helpful. Keep in mind that like in most of the older buildings in Genova, you take the elevator from the 1st floor - not the ground floor, you will need to walk up a flight of stairs.

Maurizio’s place was lovely, clean and cozy. It was located in a very beautiful street and we felt that we could walk to most places, but we also had the choice to catch the metro/bus as both stations were very close by. Maurizio took us on as a last minute stay, which we really appreciated. I really liked the printed out “guide” with all sorts of tips and recommendations around the area. What stood out the most to me is the fact that he included rules on how to eat focaccia which we won’t forget. Very informative and helpful, when we needed help figuring out metro times he was speedy to respond and sent links to the websites we needed. A lovely property in a great location. Vera and Bruno were so accommodating to us and our 10-month old. Can’t recommend this place enough for anyone who wants a relaxing vacation with easy access to the beautiful coastal villages via the 10-minute walk to the train.

Beautiful accommodation with a very large terrace overlooking the sea. The view was magnificent! The beach and a small bistro are right next to the house. The train station, a small grocery store and bakery are within walking distance. Grace was very friendly and always available.

We loved staying in this very stylish apartment with absolutely beautiful terrazzo floors. It’s a perfect blend of historic details and modern interior design and the apartment is huge with everything provided that one could ever need for a comfortable stay. We were here with our three year old son, so it’s also a very family-friendly place. The best part is that every major sight is always around 10-15 minutes away by foot so it’s the perfect place to discover the city. Our hosts were super-friendly and even gave us a huge list of their favorite places, so we didn’t have to do much research :) We had a fantastic stay and really felt like Genova locals for a week.

A great place for a weekend in Genoa. Close to supermarkets, the old town, walkable to the train station. The bed is very comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked with knives, pans, plates etc. It does get quite noisy at night from nearby bars, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd recommend earplugs. The steps up to the sleeping area are quite steep and narrow, so it could be a concern for those with accessibility needs. Otherwise, this place is perfect and we had a great stay.

Nothing to complain about. Apartment is fully equipped. A highlight for me was the coffee machine with good coffee. The bathroom was 1A and the bedroom was equipped with good storage facilities. The beach can be reached in no time.

Isabella is as amazing as her beautiful apartment. The space took our breath away. Moneglia is a charming town with a train station and access to CT is easy. The apartment is a good walk uphill of maybe 20 minutes. Every one of Isabella's suggestions were fabulous: excellent taxi driver/service (Federico!), superb restaurants, information on ferries, trains, and other means of transport. She was such a gracious host, outstanding communication, who went over and above in all things. Her place was also exceedingly clean with beautiful bathrooms and excellent water pressure, really comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and useful items in the kitchen. We are already dreaming of a return!

Christian and Gabriele are kind and very helpful. The apartment is located close to all the interesting sights.

Claudio was a really great host and gave us lots of fun recommendations. He also made check-in and check-out super easy and even helped us carry our bags up stairs during an early check-in. The place itself has a great location which makes basically everything walkable and was very clean and spacious and thankfully had some AC too. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay.

Folks - experiences like this is why we love Airbnb. This place gets my highest recommendation - Very comfortable accommodation, extraordinary location and lovely host. If you're looking for a great spot to launch your Genoa adventures, look no further as Nicola's place is on one of Genoa's coolest streets - there are restaurants/bars/coffee shops, even palaces all right outside your front door. You will be staying in Genoa's medieval city (fun fact: one of the largest in the world) and it's an absolute blast to walk out your door into alleyways (very safe!) where people have been living for over a thousand years. The location is excellent; you're in the medieval city; 5 minute walk to the port; 15 minute walk to the train station. Nicola is a very thoughtful host with many excellent dining/beach suggestions and he responds very quickly to questions/messages. The actual apartment has been tastefully remodeled: comfortable bed, large armoire, full kitchen and very clean/comfortable bath

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

The property was clean, well appointed and consistent with the description. The host was friendly and responsive. A coffee machine in the apartment would be a nice addition to make the stay even more pleasant. Overall, a pleasant experience 👍

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Really great accommodation in a pedestrian street and a top location. You have what you need nearby. A lot of traffic and vehicles from time to time that can take the street but not very inconvenient, you get used to it quickly. A big thank you for the kindness and responsiveness Erick and Zoe🤝☺️.

Very nice place, perfect for spending a few days. Away from the city, it is very peaceful. The downside is that you need a car for all travel. access to the jacuzzi and pool is very appreciable! Valeria is a very attentive and responsive host. We recommend this property!

The apartment was really clean and looked exactly like on the photos. 15-20 minute walk to the center. Tetiana was great host and helped us with any question we had.

Wow!!! This was by far our favorite place to stay during our recent holiday. It was just like a perfect home for us. The place was beautiful, tasteful, peaceful, well located, we actually would love to leave in a place just like this one. It has tons of natural light too. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed being close to a bar, supermarket, the sweet lady at the focacceria and the close by bus stop. We would stay again in this place.
