Die Unterkunft ist einfach grandios. Auf dem Balkon tront man über dem Meer und man kann sich nicht sattsehen. Die wohnung ist top ausgestattet und es hat alles was man braucht. Toll ist auch dass man kein Auto mehr braucht alles ist mit ÖV erreichbar und die Haltestellen sind direkt vor dem Haus. Dieser Ort ist wirklich nur zu empfehlen.

Lovely apartment with glorious views and very large outdoor space. Old harbour with cafes and restaurants within walking distance as were supermarket and bakery. Lift available. Hosts Daniele and Benni very helpful and welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per due giorni e non posso che consigliarlo vivamente. La pulizia era impeccabile – ogni angolo della casa era curato nei minimi dettagli, cosa sempre più rara da trovare. L’arredamento è stato scelto con grande gusto: moderno, funzionale e accogliente, capace di farti sentire subito a casa. La posizione è comoda per esplorare la città e i dintorni, e il check-in è stato semplice e puntuale. Un soggiorno davvero piacevole sotto ogni aspetto. Ci tornerei volentieri!

Fin lille lejlighed der forekommer nyistandsat. Rent og velindrettet. Lille fin balkon der dog ligger lidt trist med naboen til udsigt. Men den virker fint. Værten er særdeles hjælpsom og svarer asap på alle henvendelser. Kan kun anbefales til andre gæster der ønsker at bo i et pænt kvarter i centrum. Elevator til 3 sal er fint. Der er roligt om aftenen i ejendommen.

Die Wohnung war wunderschön! Zumal das Gebäude als ehemaliges Hotel von 1906 eines der schönsten Gebäude der Stadt ist! Man ist direkt am Bahnhof Principale oder an der Busstation für Flixbus und ist auch recht schnell im Stadtkern, sowie am Flughafen. Es ist trotz der Lage an Schnellstraße und Bahnhof sehr schön und doch Recht ruhig - man hört dennoch den ein oder anderen Zug oder Martinshorn. Insgesamt waren es super schöne Tage, wir kommen gerne wieder! Einen großen Dank an die Hosts, Roberto, seine Frau und ihren Sohn: immer freundlich, zuvorkommend und schnell erreichbar. Sie haben uns sogar um 2100 bei unserer Ankunft vom Busbahnhof abgeholt und uns alles wichtige erklärt. Dankeschön!

Maurizio’s place was lovely, clean and cozy. It was located in a very beautiful street and we felt that we could walk to most places, but we also had the choice to catch the metro/bus as both stations were very close by. Maurizio took us on as a last minute stay, which we really appreciated. I really liked the printed out “guide” with all sorts of tips and recommendations around the area. What stood out the most to me is the fact that he included rules on how to eat focaccia which we won’t forget. Very informative and helpful, when we needed help figuring out metro times he was speedy to respond and sent links to the websites we needed. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt dort in Pieve Ligure. Super Unterkunft auch mit Kleinkind da ein Garten und kleiner Pool vorhanden war. Sonst war auch alles da was man so braucht. Eine tolle Aussicht direkt aufs Meer gab es oben drauf. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit!

We were greeted personally by Stella and Eugenio. Upon our arrival we were given a comprehensive review of the apartment’s appliances, recommendations for restaurants, and sights not to be missed. In addition we were welcomed with a fridge and pantry stocked with practical items any traveller would be delighted to discover. The apartment is quiet yet within easy reach of everything. Bathrooms are state of the art, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen so well equipped one could host a dinner party. I have stayed at over 20 Airbnbs throughout Italy, and this is far and away the best I have encountered. So, if you are thinking about a trip to Genoa, make your plans based on the availability of Stella and Eugenia’s remarkable property, not to mention their hospitality. I hope to return

Very cosy, small flat. Equipped with everything you need, from towels to kitchen appliances and washing machine. For 3 people it is great, for 4 it could be a stretch. The hosting Team is marvelous. They were absolutely flexible with all our requests (we have arrived very late and left relatively late). However they have accommodated all our requests. It is quite an exercise to reach the flat, the steepest stairs i have seen. But the view and the very cosy and neat environment was worth that all. The beach is 1 minute walk. many restaurants with a lot of seafood varieties. It was a great long weekend we had spent there

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr grosser Terrasse mit Blick direkt aufs Meer. Die Aussicht war grossartig! Der Strand und ein kleines Bistro befinden sich direkt neben dem Haus. Der Bahnhof, ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen und Bäcker befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Grace war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar.

We loved staying in this very stylish apartment with absolutely beautiful terrazzo floors. It’s a perfect blend of historic details and modern interior design and the apartment is huge with everything provided that one could ever need for a comfortable stay. We were here with our three year old son, so it’s also a very family-friendly place. The best part is that every major sight is always around 10-15 minutes away by foot so it’s the perfect place to discover the city. Our hosts were super-friendly and even gave us a huge list of their favorite places, so we didn’t have to do much research :) We had a fantastic stay and really felt like Genova locals for a week.

Ganz einfach nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Ein Highlight für mich war die Kaffeemaschine mit gutem Kaffee. Das Badezimmer war 1A und das Schlafzimmer mit guten Staumöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Strand ist in kürzester zeit erreichbar.

Isabella is as amazing as her beautiful apartment. The space took our breath away. Moneglia is a charming town with a train station and access to CT is easy. The apartment is a good walk uphill of maybe 20 minutes. Every one of Isabella's suggestions were fabulous: excellent taxi driver/service (Federico!), superb restaurants, information on ferries, trains, and other means of transport. She was such a gracious host, outstanding communication, who went over and above in all things. Her place was also exceedingly clean with beautiful bathrooms and excellent water pressure, really comfortable beds, effective air conditioning, and useful items in the kitchen. We are already dreaming of a return!

Valentina ist eine super Gastgeberin. Beispiel: Die Beschichtung der Pfanne war nicht mehr intakt. nach nicht einmal 1Stunde hatten wir eine neue. Obwohl wir mitten in der Altstadt waren, ist die Wohnung auf Grund der guten schallisolierten Fenster ruhig. Rinzigen 2 Mankos sind, dass man nicht in unmittelbarer nähe parken kann. aber so ist halt Alt-Stadt und es gibt viele Parkhäuser. Und dass man die Nachbarn oben hören kann, wenn sie laut sind. ich kann die Unterkunft dennoch sehr empfehlen. besonders die Lage ist der hit.

un immense merci à Marco pour cette expérience ! de l'arrivée au départ, en passant par les nombreuses recommandations de visites et de restaurants, tout a été parfait pour découvrir Gênes pour la première fois. Marco est un hôte exceptionnel, gentil et disponible, nous ne manquerons pas de revenir ici lors de notre prochain séjour à Gênes !

Claudio was a really great host and gave us lots of fun recommendations. He also made check-in and check-out super easy and even helped us carry our bags up stairs during an early check-in. The place itself has a great location which makes basically everything walkable and was very clean and spacious and thankfully had some AC too. Would definitely recommend for a nice stay.

This AirBnB surpassed our expectations and the pictures definitely don’t do it justice. It’s huge, has everything you need, and the view is simply breathtaking…we never wanted to leave. Sarah, the Host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She definitely went the extra mile - picked us up from the station, took us grocery shopping, offered a late check out, and shared local recommendations. While it is well connected to nearby attractions by public transport, be warned that the walk up is brutal - hundreds of steps from the station - and definitely not suitable with luggage. However, there is a bus that comes every hour and the view was worth it. We would love to stay again and highly recommend the accommodations to others.

Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach der Beschreibung. Der Gastgeber war freundlich und gut erreichbar. Eine Kaffeemaschine in der Wohnung wäre noch eine schöne Ergänzung, um den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer zu machen. Insgesamt eine angenehme Erfahrung 👍

Perfect apartment for our vacation of 6 days. Everything was like description! Albert response very quickly and helped wirth everything, The apartment was very close to beach and city center, also the apartment was large, very clean, the kitchen is full equiped. You will not regret if you choose this acomodation!

Excellent séjour dans la Casa del Console au cœur du centre historique de Gênes. Très bel appartement entièrement rénové dans un vieux palais. Grand confort et propreté impeccable. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie confortable. Dans la rue à l'arrière le bar et sa terrasse ferment à minuit. Très calme le reste du temps. Carla, très réactive, a fourni des indications claires et a permis le dépôt des bagages avant l'heure prévue pour l'arrivée. Au final un lieu parfait pour découvrir Gênes.

Logement vraiment top dans une rue piétonne et une localisation au top. Vous avez ce qu’il faut à proximité. Pas mal de passage et des véhicules de temps en temps qui peuvent emprunter la rue mais peu gênant on s’y habitue vite. Un grand merci pour la gentillesse et la réactivité Erick et Zoé 🤝☺️.

Très bel endroit, parfait pour passer quelques jours. À l'écart de la ville, c'est très paisible. La contrepartie est qu'il faut la voiture pour tout déplacement. l'accès au jacuzzi et à la piscine est très appréciable ! Valeria est une hôte pleine d'attentions et réactive. Nous recommandons cette adresse !

The apartment was really clean and looked exactly like on the photos. 15-20 minute walk to the center. Tetiana was great host and helped us with any question we had.

Wow!!! This was by far our favorite place to stay during our recent holiday. It was just like a perfect home for us. The place was beautiful, tasteful, peaceful, well located, we actually would love to leave in a place just like this one. It has tons of natural light too. The amenities were exactly what we needed. We enjoyed being close to a bar, supermarket, the sweet lady at the focacceria and the close by bus stop. We would stay again in this place.
